I was super excited to check out this place and invited my best friend to join me. The gal on the phone was super helpful when I called to make our appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we wanted a mocktail or water. I asked for a mocktail, but I didn’t receive it until after my facial was finished. My facial itself was relaxing, but I didn’t receive lip balm at the end. The esthetician did ask if she could get me anything, and I asked again for a mocktail. When I was done, I went to the foot soak lounge and sat for a few minutes. There were two other gals—a mother and daughter—also waiting, and no one came to do their foot soak either. After waiting awhile with no one showing up, I got up and went to check out the dry sauna while I waited for my friend to finish her appointment. Our appointments were back to back, and I believe they only had one esthetician working today. Maybe if we had chosen another day, we could have both gone in at the same time and finished together. I will say the lobby area is nice, and they have a variety of skincare products to choose from. The mocktail was good. I would suggest adding more privacy to the foot soak lounge, since people can see you, and I prefer feeling relaxed and away from others. The sauna could also be hotter, but that’s just personal preference. Music or white noise during the facial would be great too, as it would help drown out the noise from doors closing and people chatting nearby.

What a wonderful spa!!! As someone who has worked in the spa industry before, I have to say Loft is top tier and setting the standard for what a spa should emulate. My husband and I came for a couples massage and the experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. Upon check-in they offer you a mocktail and or water before leading you to the changing room/bathroom. I absolutely love the set up and that dry sauna is complimentary? That’s unheard of. The women’s changing room had every toiletry you could need. I love being able to change into a robe before going into service. That was a nice touch. Overall pros: Great communication from service providers. Aesthetics Accommodation Foot soak Pricing Feedback: The only feedback I can give is to have front desk staff slow down when explaining/showing where to go. It felt very rushed and if it were my first time at a spa, I’d be scattered and stressed.

The aesthetics are 100% and reminds me of a little bit of RH style. It's super cute and trendy. The place was clean and I was very impressed with the complementary foot soak, mocktail, and light snack. However, I did a couples massage with my husband and it was the worst one we've ever had. The rooms are very bright and cold. The massage table/bed was cold as well. My husband got a Swedish and I had a prenatal massage. However, he got a deep tissue and even asked for the pressure to be lighter. Both massage therapist did completely different things on each side ( left/right). Also, they hardly used any lotion or oil and rubbed our skin raw. It seemed like they did whatever they liked. I would recommend southern hill spa and emerge spa over this one.

I recently experienced the LOFT WELLNESS HEAD SPA, a 75-minute scalp treatment that offers a comprehensive rejuvenation process. This treatment includes deep cleansing, steam therapy, a nourishing hair masque, a mini facial refresh, and a soothing scalp massage, all aimed at restoring balance and encouraging healthy hair growth. The comfort of the soft robe and slippers, along with the delightful experience of soaking my feet in salt water before the massage, added to the overall enjoyment. Ariana, who provided the treatment, demonstrated extensive knowledge and a warm demeanor. I was so impressed with the spa package and the quality of care I received that I promptly scheduled another appointment.

I can’t recommend Loft Wellness enough! I recently had a massage here and it was absolutely amazing—so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I’ve also tried the head spa, and it was such a unique and soothing experience. Not only was it incredibly relaxing, but my hair felt soft, refreshed, and amazing afterwards. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff are wonderful. Loft Wellness truly knows how to make you feel cared for from head to toe!
