Shannon Springs Park

It's a Great way to start Christmas season visiting the Christmas Light display at this park. They have 1000's of lights very Beautiful display. They have food vendors so you can grab from corn dogs, to Funnel Cakes, or just a cup of Hot chocolate. Been going here for the last 5 years and will come back many more times. This lights display has been Ranked in the top 20 light displays in the U.S. this year they added some new rides besides the Ferris Wheel.

The Christmas lights were so well curated. The lights were placed around the lake making a Christmas scavenger hunt with fun characters. There was some parking in the park, yet lots after driving through in the residential area. The traffic to see the lights was bumper to bumper, yet the lights were totally worth it. Beautifully curated and really fun for the family. The bridge was my highlight.

First time visiting this park. Nice park, lovely scenery. Much smaller than what was expected though. There’s a walking path, playgrounds, frisbee area, places to sit down and nice bridge over the water to walk. If you’re a dog owner, be aware that not all dogs are on a leash. Other visitors let their dogs run all over the place with no concern for other people, other dogs, or kids.

A beautiful peaceful park with a nice pond in the middle. We are always greeted by friendly geese and ducks. We make a yearly trip for the annual Festival of lights. Stop by our YouTube channel @Bubbasbigadventures for some videos of the park and Festival

I love this park. So pretty and has made many good memories for me to hold onto. Also where they hold the Christmas lights where there is an ice skating rink a carousel a ferris wheel camel rides as well as carriage rides.
