The Grand Spa

TL;DR: AUSTIN and ALTON are AMAZING and this was the best spa experience I have ever had! Book now! Yesterday I legitimately the greatest spa experience of my life right at The Grand Spa. I have had massages in multiple states and in different countries, but yesterday was the absolute best. Let’s start with scheduling - a breeze, super simple because the staff actually want to make sure you enjoy your experience. They are so helpful and friendly, there is instantly zero awkwardness, they treat you like close friends! Next, the 90 minute massage - my therapist was Alton and hands down, no exaggeration BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!! I like a seriously deep massage, like I want it to almost hurt. I told him that and told him some of my problem areas and he worked MAGIC on me. I have medical conditions that cause nerve damage and severe pain. He was able to point out my problem areas almost instantly EVEN THE ONES I DIDN’T TELL HIM ABOUT! I can not overstate the amazingness of the massage and as a bonus Alton was very friendly, comforting, and definitely made me feel like I was in a judgement-free zone. His kind and caring attitude was evident in his work, which he was incredible at! After he had completed my massage I felt better than I have in over a year. I **really** feel like I got my money’s worth and then some! After that glorious experience, I got a 60 minute facial and I have to say that AUSTIN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They are always the most helpful and I adore them. The facial was so relaxing, with just the perfect amount of conversation and relaxation! They are very conscious of my comfort level and explain what they are doing/applying to my face. My skin feels healthy and some much better. Austin has always been the highlight of my trips to the Grand Spa and continues to be so! Last was rebooking, (which I was never pressured in to doing, I wanted and was excited to) the people at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. They even got me hooked up with a hairstylist just because they heard me talking to Austin about my hair texture woes. All in all, I can say I got more than my money’s worth! What an absolute delight! Brightened my whole day and also because I had such a deeply relaxing and wonderful massage I had a wonderful night’s sleep and my back and face still feel great today! I couldn’t be happier! If you are debating going, let this be your sign! Go to The Grand Spa and make sure to get in with Alton or Austin depending on your needs. I have been going to The Grand Spa for my relaxation needs off and on for about 2 years, but consistently for a year. My favorite services are the 90 minute Custom Facials with Austin or having Austin do a hydrafacial (which is a splurge, but we all deserve a treat!). I go once a month for a 90 custom facial, and let me just say, Austin is amazing. I love that even though it is a facial appointment, my hands, feet, and neck all get attention. I leave my appointment with my skin looking and feeling amazing, and spirit renewed. Austin has quickly became a friend. He listens, laughs, and offers kindness that is unmatched. The level of knowledge and professionalism is off the charts. Austin knows the skincare lines and expertly tailors it to your needs. Austin makes suggestions for products, but doesn't pressure you into purchasing anything - the phrase "selectively frugal" is used often in our sessions. If you are on the fence about giving The Grand Spa a try, go see Austin, you will becomefriends and keep going back.

My experience with the Grand Spa has been fabulous. My nail tech is the best. Kate is extremely artistic and takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect. I’ve seen here for several years now. The new manager Kasey has made some great changes and they are carrying great products. Today I experienced their new Bryght system to help me diminish the sun damage I have had for years on my chest. I highly suggest you see Austin for this treatment. I can already see a difference in my skin. This has zero down time, doesn’t hurt at all and took less than 30 minutes and the price is affordable. All the staff there are amazing every time I go.

Absolutely love the Grand Casino Spa! I’ve been seeing Austin regularly for almost two years for customized facials, and he always does such an incredible job—professional, sweet, and genuinely attentive to my skin’s needs. Today I decided to splurge and try a HydraFacial for the first time, and I’m so glad I did! My skin felt instantly hydrated and refreshed, and the whole experience was super relaxing. The spa itself is always spotless with the most calming, zen atmosphere. Austin’s care and expertise are the reason I keep coming back—he’s truly the absolute best! ⭐️

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I recently went and had the best pedi/foot massage I've ever experienced! They will really take care of you and it will feel like a very high-end experience. Kaci, the spa manager, is an awesome woman, you can tell everyone really respects and enjoys working for her. Definitely the best place to get a pedi in the Shawnee area!!!
