Ensõ Float

Dropped into Ensõ Float while in town visiting from Seattle. For fans of traditional sauna (where essential oil infused water is poured over hot rocks), look no further. Where most sauna / cold plunge spas provide only infrared saunas, the intense heat and steam of a traditional sauna stove stands out. The private sauna and cold plunge room was immaculately clean, and silent. The cold plunge was exceptionally cold - 40° I was told. Just excellent. I highly recommend Ensõ Float for anyone seeking a calming escape from the busy hustle bustle of life.
This has been my second time going and the experience was great. The place is really clean and the mood right when you enter is very calming. You get a room appointed to you which has a shower and the float tank. It’s really nice to be able to turn off all the lights and float in complete darkness. You have the option of having “stars” light up on the ceiling if you don’t like complete darkness. It’s a really cool experience to feel weightless and just float. I would definitely recommend this place!
This was recommended to me via the r/askportland subreddit. It was an experience but my mind races too much for me to fully enjoy. I fell asleep towards the end and didn't drown (hell yeah), but realized I'm not the ideal customer. Worth the experience to determine for yourself though. Will come back in the future if I'm able to calm this mind of mine.
Wow, what a great experience! My husband booked it as a fun weekend thing, but honestly, we want it to be a regular thing! I highly recommend it. The float therapy is amazing, it takes a bit to get used to, but after a few minutes you just zone out. And the sauna and cold plunge are so amazing and invigorating!
Not only is the infrastructure ‘state of the art’ but the provided amenities and private room w/shower are really the special touch. This is a private, personal experience that is curated and managed to perfection. Just show up and float in the lap of luxury…
