I have been to Redmond Spa many times over the past 10 years. For parts/supplies/questions. Always welcome and the knowledge base of ALL of the employees, their service and willing to find something you need with kindness merits a review that brings this business above many others. Thank You

After visiting the store a couple of times we bought our spa on special and they were kind enough to hold it until our new home was complete. Delivery was a breeze and all our new user questions have been handled with cheer. Highly recommend this local business.

When I called about a stove problem they diagnosed the situation as we spoke and called another companies technicians to get their answers. The stove was fixed without costing anything, except their time. I really appreciate their service.
