Redmond Spa Stove and Sauna

As much as I love our hot tub, one late afternoon when i got in…hot tub wasn’t hot. I called Redmond Spa Stove & Sauna and the next day the service tech called set up a time that work he replaced the heating element..cleanup and made friends with our dog. Thank you Redmond Spa for great service.

After visiting the store a couple of times we bought our spa on special and they were kind enough to hold it until our new home was complete. Delivery was a breeze and all our new user questions have been handled with cheer. Highly recommend this local business.

I got a used spa. I had no idea how to care for the water. Went to several stores looking for 1" chlorine tablets. My husband said..why don't you go to the spa place next to the Cheveron station on 97. Duh! Ya, why don't I? I met Marianne! …

When I called about a stove problem they diagnosed the situation as we spoke and called another companies technicians to get their answers. The stove was fixed without costing anything, except their time. I really appreciate their service.
