O Nails Spa

$25 for a regular manicure, no gel, just polish. I tipped $5. They do all the regular manicure procedures, cuticles and whatnot. I can’t say anything about the gel manicures or pedicures, but my post regular manicure experience sucked. I came as a walk-in on a Wednesday at 2pm and was immediately sat down. Everyone was nice and my male nail tech made some small talk. The place itself is a little disorganized. They could do with an interior decorator, but that’s not really my issue. My issue is that the attached picture is a little over 24 hours after my manicure. I understand regular polish isn’t meant to last long and chips easily. But, when I go to salons at my hometown, my polish stays on for at least one week minimum without any chips or cracks. I let my nails dry and wasn’t rough with them at all so my usage wasn’t the issue. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back, unfortunately. Edit: The response from ‘the salon’ is also automated, as I’m quite literally posting this at 1:33 AM and immediately got a ‘reply.’ I swear their reviews are bought

I came in as a walk-in and felt rushed from the beginning. I was quickly pushed to choose a color while I was trying to ask if they offered builder gel, since I didn’t want fake nails. The technician seemed to have trouble understanding me and asked if I spoke Spanish. Then she asked if I wanted “uñas.” I felt uncomfortable in that moment, especially since I had already been speaking English clearly. I let her know that I speak both Spanish and English fluently. I got a manicure and pedicure. I chose not to get color on my toes because it’s winter and I don’t really show them, but the technician seemed to get an attitude about that decision. Unfortunately, the pedicure itself felt very rushed and mediocre — my toes were not cleaned as well as I expected. I did like my nails overall, but some of them have too much product, which gives them a weird shape. I’m attaching a picture for reference However, because of the overall experience and how I was treated, I won’t be returning.

I had my first pedicure ever at O Nails Spa and it was a great experience. I did their $35 Classic Pedicure (nail trim, file, buff, mint scrub, massage, and a hot towel), and I also added the $10 deep callus remover, which I definitely needed. Lynn did an excellent job and made everything feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I also want to highlight Tina. Since this was my first time, I called ahead with a few questions and she was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. When I arrived, she was just as welcoming in person, which really put me at ease. The salon itself is much bigger than you’d expect. It looks like they have 20+ pedicure stations and about the same number of manicure stations, plus what appeared to be multiple rooms for waxing. Clean, spacious, and well run. I’d absolutely recommend O Nails Spa, and I’ll be back.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The tech who did my mani/pedi rushed through it and spent very little time filing my nails, pushing back the cuticles, or removing excess cuticle skin. It seemed she wanted to get done as quickly as possible. She did my manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. It was not relaxing in the least. She massaged one arm, but not the other. It was all done in a hurry and was not a good experience.

I have been getting my nails done here for three years and have never had a poor experience. Everytime I enter, I am greeted my name, asked if I need anything such as a water, and treated with nothing but respect. I get dip powder nails with Tina, and she is my queen! I absolutely adore her!
