The Hilltop Spa at The Preserve

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hilltop Spa at the Preserve this past Sunday and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff there were so attentive and courteous. I was part of a large group, which I know can be hectic for the staff, but they made us all feel welcome and at ease. The spa provides all the expected amenities including robe, towels, slippers and a toiletry package for all the essentials you may have forgotten to pack. The spa itself was clean, elegant and exactly what you want for a relaxing get away. There are light refreshments including a large variety of hot teas and infused waters as well as snack mixes and fresh fruit. We used all the hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, but were not daring enough to try the cold dunk shower, (maybe next time). We did sit outside in the cold by the infinity pool for a few minutes to cool off. I am looking forward to coming back this summer to swim in that beautiful pool overlooking the wooded preserve. The staff were so incredibly kind to us, that I feel they deserve a special shout out. Cailyn and Aela helped us find where to go when we got there and Lyndsey is just an incredible massage therapist. Mimi at the desk was so helpful in getting us acquainted with the spa itself. I can't wait to come back to visit again.

I had my bachelorette spa here and it was absolutely perfect! It was so much more than I had imagined. From the moment I walked in and saw the Lily pad room I was blown away. The staff was friendly and phenomenal with checking in and asking if we needed anything, the services were amazing. Being able to have the room for the day and not feel rushed was such a nice experience. Thank you for an amazing day , this was my first time on property and I will be suggesting it to others for an amazing day. I highly recommend and look forward to planning another event here soon. We had the best spa day at OH! Spa recently! From the warm greeting at the front gate, to the spa tour from Mimi and Lindsay, everyone made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect—I highly recommend a poolside Aperol Spritz! We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room, and our server Kaylin made the day even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot to treat yourself…whether for a friends’ day, a bachelorette, a couples’ retreat, or even a solo escape. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the most amazing experience at the Oh Spa at the Preserve on Sunday. Everything from the beautiful water journey, delicious food, relaxing infinity pool, and excellent staff, it was a ladies spa day to remember! The hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms were a dream! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Lindsey and Meme were great!! I cannot wait to get back for some more relaxation! If you are looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go!

Oh! Spa was an incredible experience!! From top notch staff, to unbeatable scenery and services, I would recommend this retreat to anyone! The interior is pristine with rooms designated to each service. Guests have access to three relaxing hot tubs even after services are finished. I received a facial and massage from the kindest and most accommodating staff members! Thank you Oh! Spa for the best time I will definitely be back!
