The Sauna at Little Engine is an absolute gem. The space is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and calming from the moment you walk in. The sauna is top-of-the-line and incredibly relaxing, but the real game-changer is the cold plunge. It’s the perfect contrast therapy combo, and I felt completely recharged after each session. The staff is kind, professional, and clearly passionate about creating a high-quality wellness experience. Whether you’re looking to relax, recover, or reset—this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back.

I love this sauna. Its so nice having a nice quiet and relaxing place to go after work and relax. Its been nice in the winter to get the chill out of your bones. I'm definitely looking forward to the cold plunge in the summer. I'm a lil too wimpy for it when it's cold out. The sauna is clean and feels private. The owner is very communicative too and has been very good about answering questions I've had. Highly recommend checking it out if you live in Providence.

Perfect little sauna! Nice set-up, super clean and well maintained, and in a convenient location that's close but feels a bit secluded. Great especially if you're looking for something more private and not in a crowded gym or spa situation. I got some punch cards for holiday gifts and my friends loved them.

Great experience, only bummer is that I didn’t know about this spot sooner. The sauna is one of the hottest I’ve ever been in and the cold plunge is super clean. What’s even more noteworthy beyond the sauna and cold plunge is Jason’s communication and customer service - 11/10.

An RI gem. Great vibe and not at all annoying. I think the temperature here is definitely the best I’ve found in the area. Booking was easy to manage. The owner really cares about the experience. Parking was super easy which is rare for Providence. Great spot for a reset.
