Wanted to give a new massage parlor a try but I wish I didn’t. I got the acupressure massage and the facial. First off I want to start off by saying, this place has no privacy! The rooms are separated with curtains! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spa, do not come here! I got the 30 minute massage. The host insisted I pay more in order to get my legs and feet massaged. She said the 30 min massage is for back only. I have never heard of that because it was not true. She just wanted me to pay more. After my massage, I went to get a facial in another room as requested. The hostess did my facial while constantly answering the phone in between. She tried to upsell me by offering an oil. I declined due to being lied to about the massage. She answered atleast 8 calls while ACTIVELY doing my facial. After the facial, it was time to pay. I told her I was using card and she said it’s a $5 service fee. I said my bank does not authorize that. That is something the business pays for. She went back and forth with me for atleast 2 minutes. After all that, I didn’t think the service deserved a tip due to poor customer experience. But I still tipped. Even though it was $3, I still tipped. She then YELLED, “You only gone tip $3?”. I was baffled. She then brung the other workers to the front and began to talk bad about me. Well that’s what the body language was telling me. I crossed out the $3 and put ZERO. Because some nerve you have to try to pressure someone into giving a tip that’s undeserving. She shoo’d me out the shop. While telling me to get out, I’ve heard some very disrespectful words. I’m not mad, just disappointed. AT LEAST I KNOW TO NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I would not recommend this spa if you’re seeking relaxation. I’ve visited several spas before, but none were as disruptive as this one. Although the place was busy, it lacked a peaceful atmosphere— it was unnecessarily loud and inconsiderate. My reflexology session, which was performed by a male therapist at the front, was interrupted multiple times. My spouse had a similar experience with the Swedish massage, as the therapist kept stopping to check on incoming clients and answer phone calls. The woman, possibly the co-owner, was also answering calls and causing additional distractions. It was far from a quiet, relaxing environment. To top it off, after paying, the female owner expressed disappointment for not receiving a tip. Overall, the business feels unprofessional, and we will not be returning for services.

I came in here for a 60 minute massage with my fiancé and pregnant sister in law. I had a 30 minutes foot massage and 30 minutes full body and I can say hands down, one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had (comparable or even better than spas and high-end resorts). I went in not thinking that I would need the full body but I’m so glad I decided to do it. My massage therapist was very professional and attentive. It was like she knew where all the knots were in my body and attentively asked if the pressure was ok throughout. Their price is one of the BEST for their services and I will be coming back again. I will also be telling everyone about this place! If it’s one thing I regret is forgetting what my massage therapist name was!

1st time has been a bad experience. Paid for a 60 min massage and the masseur set it for 60 min but only provided 45 min. The masseur didn't know that I witnessed her turn the timer off at 45 min of service. She acted as if she couldn’t speak English and provided services I didn’t agree to, only to increase the price of service. The massage was mediocre at best and upon checking out to pay, the owner asked me if I was going to tip. I will NOT be returning. Never again. YOU DON’T GET TO FORCE EXTRA SERVICES ONTO PPL TO INCREASE THE BILL, YOU PROVIDE WHAT THEY ASK FOR. It should be against the law to provide services to clients and refused to speak English.

I had a wonderful experience here! David did an awesome job! His service was excellent and he gave a lot for a 30 minute back massage and 30 minute foot massage adding in a quick face massage. He persistently asked if the pressure was ok which I appreciated and he quickly adjusted when I asked for a little less pressure making sure get the pressure to my liking. He was very respectful. The spa was very clean and the front desk lady had good customer service as well. I will definitely return.
