Magical! 1000% Recommend!! On October 14th 2023, my husband and I got married in front of our family and friends at Laurel Oaks Estate. It was the most incredible day, and I could not have asked for better hosts than Krystl & Pete. The open space, the lush tree-line, the pergola, and the pond created a beautiful setting and backdrop for an outdoor wedding. The tent, tables, and chairs they provided were bright and clean. We were given total freedom when it came to decorating & food/bar vendors. Which is hard to come by in this area. This allowed us to have a wedding that was US, and I cannot be more thankful for that alone! From the day of booking to the day of our wedding, Krystl was very prompt and attentive with her responses in answering any questions we had through out our planning process, which eased any worries that arose. She also created a fun and lovely photo wall for our reception that was a total hit for our guests. Pete went above and beyond helping to set up our reception area. I can go on and on. They are absolutely wonderful hosts. The air bnbs they have built in the back of their property are phenomenal and one of a kind. The cabin was included in the package we purchased, and it was perfect for me (the bride) and my ladies to get ready in. We rented the others for our close friends and family to stay in the night of our wedding. I highly recommend doing that as well! If you are looking for an open, gracefully laid-back, outdoor wedding venue owned by down to earth yet professional hosts, look no further. Thank you, Laurel Oaks Estate, for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

Laurel Oaks Estate is where my family got its beginning. Blending two families is always tough but what made it easier was staying in a location where our four children (and ourselves) could explore! For three years now, we have visited Laurel Oaks multiple times- the first time was in the Horse Trailer which was magical, the second time my husband and I enjoyed the amazing cabin for our honeymoon with photos taken in the alley of trees leading up to the property. Most recently, our family of 6 took our RV to one of the new designated spots with water/electrical/wifi hook-up and had an amazing weekend hiking the trails, finding sticks, roasting smores, and enjoying the quietness of the outdoors in the most unique lodging experience you can imagine. Tears of joy fall from my eye as I write this post thinking back to what it has already done for our family, and I am so excited about future stays with our RV, in Big Bear Tent and the little tent too. I can’t wait to see what Krystl and Pete have in store for the future!❤️

Big Bear glamping site at Laurel Oaks Estate is an experience you don't want to miss! Secluded, peaceful, and one of a kind, with an amazing host that responds to questions and concerns quickly and ensures their guests satisfaction. You'll even enjoy taking a shower with a small family of cute little tree frogs and possibly a lizard! 🐸 🦎 We had to leave a day early because of the extreme summer heat, but are definitely coming back during the colder months to enjoy what Big Bear truly has to offer. Although there's an AC, it's still a tent in 100+ degree weather. However, as an adult, I could have stayed and been fine. We left early because my son was complaining about the heat. So, I believe you will still enjoy it during the summer months if you can handle a little warmth. It did get pretty chilly at night though! You can also check out their other glamping spots, one being a horse trailer made a super cute camper! That'd be perfect for the summer ❤️ We highly recommend booking your stay at Laurel Oaks Estate!!

We spent the week in the Big Bear glamping tent with our 4 and 6 year old kiddos. The area was so fun! We took canoe rides several mornings around the pond. We enjoyed walking the trails. The air conditioning in the tent was so nice on those 90° days. Our hosts were great and responded to our questions promptly. We were close enough to drive into Myrtle Beach for a beach day, but it was nice to return to the tent and unwind afterward. Conway has a beautiful riverwalk with shops, restaurants, pontoon tours. Highly recommend!!

Laurel Oaks Estate is absolutely beautiful! We had such a memorable experience staying here from March 7th - March 9th. I stayed in the Cabin with my bridesmaids because of the package we purchased and my husband rented the Big Bear Airbnb Glamping Tent for him and his groomsmen. Our wedding was on March 8th and thanks to Laurel Oaks Estate Venue it was amazing!!! They are so sweet and helpful and I would definitely recommend booking this venue.
