Shvaas Spa Salt Cave & Float Therapy

This spa is truly an amazing space to disconnect from the stress of the world. I visited for the first time to treat for myself for my birthday. The package I selected included the sauna, cocoon room, zen room, hydromassage room and the salt cave room. Every room was a unique experience in and of itself. The affirmations and music playing in the headphones enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there was very kind and informative as they guided me through each room. There was bottled water and a well appointed snack area also available to use while there. The reminder emails before the appointment were well thought out to include providing parking information. I left feeling completely rejuvenated to enjoy the rest of the day. Looking forward to when I return!

My 1st experience at Shvaas Spa was Amazing! I visited by myself on my birthday for a self care day. I did the spa package to try most of the spa offerings. The Hydro massage, Salt Cave,Zen Den and the Cocoon relaxed me so I didn't want to leave. So calm,relaxing and therapeutic I almost went over my 3 hr session! I'm definitely adding a visit to Shvaas for a monthly self care day ! Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience!

I've been in the spa several times. The facilities are great and well maintained and the ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've done the sauna three times. I love how I feel after using the sauna. I have a medical condition that this sauna has help tremendously. I look forward to my sauna sessions. I am so glad I fund out about this facility. Thank you to the employees that work there.

The spa experience at Shvaas is so wonderfully curated! It is inviting, relaxing, and invigorating! I enjoyed the Spa Day with a visit in the Salt Cave, an incredible Hydromassage, a entire body calming Cocoon Experience and Zen Den session, and a detoxifying round in the Infrared Sauna! If you have not visited this gem in Columbia, you book an appointment now! I can't wait to go back!

Shvaas Spa is a peaceful sanctuary. Every detail of this place - from the products that are sold, the music that is chosen, the gentle lighting and the knowledgeable staff - is perfect. I booked five different services and each one was absolute bliss. This is my go-to place for relaxation and to unwind from everyday life. If you haven't visited Shvaas Spa, you should!!!
