I had a total of 3 treatments after a long convention weekend. They were fabulous! The technicians were wonderful and I felt amazing after.... Until I looked in my bag that was secured in the availible lockers in the women's locker room to discover that I was missing the cash I brought to pay for my treatments. When I checked in, I let the person working know that I would be paying cash and to please not charge the card I used during booking. She then led me to my locker and asked me to use locker number 5, which I did. I was told after discovering the theft, that no one could have gotten into the lockers. Except when the police officer arrived to take the report, the employee (not the one that checked me in) then told us that the staff had keys to the lockers. Also, when I first checked out, my total including tip was $680, when the cop arrived she then told me my total was $600 including tip. The employee that was there when the theft was discovered told myself and the cop that it wasn't usual for specific lockers to be designated upon check in. I let everyone know that if the money just "turned up" I would not press charges and would be happy with that resolution. No harm, no foul. People make mistakes. I was given the spa manager's card and told to contact her the next day. I was also told that my credit card would not be charged until things were resolved. The spa manager never picked up the phone nor returned my phone calls. Then they charged my card for the curious amount of $550. To summerize, the employee that checked me in, knew I was from out of town, knew I had cash, told me which locker to use, had access to that locker, and their shift ended while I was recieving treatments. Again, the treatments were wonderful. However, it is safe to say that your belongings are not safe when unattended here. Which is during any availible treatment. Beware and perhaps find another spa to relax in. *Update: credit card company determined the charge was fraud and refunded the unauthorized charge. The spa management ignored my repeated requests to discuss the incident by phone. The police report states that no cameras captured the theft because it occurred in the woman's locker not that the theft didn't occur.

Wow I wish we had looked at the reviews prior to booking our spa day. However my daughter is a returning client so really didn’t think it necessary. BUT live and learn and we now now. A day of relaxation with 3 services times two people wasn’t cheap. In fact it cost my daughter her wedding rings plus $500 cash in addition to the bill. We discovered the missing cash when we paying. Realized the missing rings when we were driving away. Turned back and looked all over. Hind sight 20/20? Read the reviews, this is at least the 3rd time it’s happened. Police report filed, several media outlets notified, and Consumer Affair has just taken the case and is now under review. STAY AWAY! Unless you have nothing to be stolen, or lose.

I had an incredible experience at Spa33. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The ambiance was soothing, with soft lighting and calming music that set the perfect mood. My therapist, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session to focus on my problem areas. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely stress-free. I highly recommend Spa33 to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. I’ll definitely be back!
