Hotel Bennett prides itself on luxury however, this spa fails to deliver on amenities. Due to the dearth in square footage, the sanctuary only houses a small coed lounge, manicure parlor and individual chambers for facials and massage. While the decorative choices in textures & fixtures impress you will fail to find a sauna, whirl pool, solarium, dining or additional unique offerings here. The only complimentary refreshments were Fiji water and minuscule packages of cashews. Troublesome as there is minimal information accountable online. I decline a recommendation as the menu prices rival that of opulent spas with plenty of lavish programs. Save your finances in favor of a complete immersive experience.

I recently experienced a facial and massage at the spa and loved it. I was celebrating my anniversary with my husband and we had the couples massage. The male masseuse gave a nice firm massage and really worked on my problem areas thoroughly. The facial was both relaxing and productive. The aesthetician did some extractions and after all the steam and masks my face felt so hydrated. If you want a luxury experience then the Spa at Hotel Bennett is where you want to be!

My husband and I made a reservation for a couple’s massage. The ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful. My massage therapist was Tammy, and my husband had Allen. They were both fabulous, and we felt so relaxed. More so than any other spa. Our only regret is that we booked a 60-minute session and wished we had gone for a 90-minute one. There is only one couple's room, so book early.

I had such a incredible experience! It was my birthday and everyone was so nice and seemed like they genuinely cared about my experience. I had complementary hot tea and Prosecco, I had such a relaxing and great time. Lauren did a wonderful job and they really make sure to cater to your personal needs. I say it’s definitely worth it! I will be coming back soon.

My rating of a 3 is mostly based on the dressing and makeup area. It was so poorly lit that I held a compact mirror up to reapply my makeup and still couldn’t see much. The area is small and only one person can use the mirror. My facial was touchy feely and esthetician didn’t do any extractions or foliation. I would not return to this spa.
