True REST Float Spa Fort Mill

Came to float for the first time today, and the receptionists, Michael and Ana were really sweet to talk to! The experience was really nice, and I was very excited to start my float journey today! They got me into the video room, in which I was offered a cup of either Water or Lemon Ginger tea. I am personally not a tea fan, however I decided to break that fear, and drank me a cup of lemon ginger tea, and WOW! It was incredible. On top of that, the chairs in the room, reclined, so I was already getting some RELAXATION! As soon as the video ended, I was taken on an informative tour, that showcased the different things the spa has to offer, like the product they were showcasing, some extra amenities that we are able to take (THANK GOD, I FORGOT MY HAIR BRUSH AND LOTION!!!) , and was shown the functions of the pod, the room itself (which is a private suite!), and finally, the included Oxygen Bar service at the end of the float that you can partake in for 15 minutes, with 4 different essential oils. The float was amazing, they allotted me some time to be able to shower before my float, and my actual float was an hour long! I completely enjoyed it, had the option to choose between several different music options, and chose the frequencies one. It was incredible! I came out feeling so refreshed, and felt like a new entirely different person. I truly do recommend this experience to anyone who is doubtful, or to anyone who is questioning "if this is for them" or "should I try this?". This is definitely for you, and you should definitely try! The staff is truly incredible, and the spa has A+ cleanliness!

It was my first time at True Rest and I really enjoyed my float experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful and walked me through everything. They have really great amenities, especially the essential oil infused oxygen bar! Give it a try! I really felt relaxed after my spa treatment. I felt like I was at a True Rest (pun intended), but jokes aside, I was really relaxed during the float treatment. Everything was super clean and fully stocked! I will definitely be back again!

Immediately upon entering, Ana and Michael greeted my husband and me with the warmest energy! It was our first time visiting True Rest Float Spa. Everything met our expectations from the service to the tranquility of the place. My highlight was the plaque listing the instructions as it helped me to remember on what to do. 🤭 True Rest Float Spa is a place that I would return and recommend to others seeking wellness therapy! Absolutely life-changing. At 75 I am able to go from playing tennis twice a week to four times! It helps me loosen up and recover after a match. Lorenzo, the manager is incredibly customer-focused and always makes things right if something needs to be addressed. I recommend it to all my friends and family. And if you’re within his service area, Lorenzo’s facility is the place to go!

went to True REST Float Spa in Fort Mill, NC for the first time and had an amazing experience. It was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The staff was wonderful— especially the gentleman who helped me. He gave me a tour and explained everything thoroughly. His name is Lorenzo, and he was professional, sweet, and very charismatic. I will definitely be coming back again!
