Started with a very nice conversation with Betty in their showroom. They didn't have a lot for options due to the supply and demand issues this country has at the moment. She explained all they had and was very informative and not pushy at all. They worked with me on a delivery date as it was hard to get an electrician lined up. On the set up day Terry and Christopher were great. They brought all they needed to do their job correctly and efficiently. I was able to help them with the heavy lifting and it went very smooth. Christopher then walked me through every thing after all the wiring was complete. 10 out of 10 for this company. I would strongly recommend these guys for your spa needs and questions!!

This place is the real deal! We are first time hot tub owners and Betty was outstanding helping us navigate the options. They operate how a business should operate, great customer service and local business. Give them a chance instead of going to the big stores of Sioux Falls. I am glad we did! The owner Terry and his staff are great guys and they delivered and installed the hot tub in no time with no hassles. They take the time to answer any questions and show you how to maintain your hot tub. If I ever need any service I would call them in a second and know they will fix it right! Thanks to you all! 5 Stars all around

Had the pleasure of having Christopher from S.D. and Chris from Norfolk come to install our new hot tub...These guys were Amaazing!! Once they arrived it was all work and just a few jokes!! From the get go they removed our old hot tub (even hauled it away for us) and set up our new one....had it filled and went over all the instructions and my husband and I actually learned a lot from these two men!!! Thank you so much for your prompt and great service!!! Highly recommend Leisure World...

Purchasing a hot tub from Leisure World in Yankton, South Dakota has been the best decision I have made. They came out and set it up, explained everything so I could understand any problems I have had they have addressed promptly. Best customer service I have experienced!! They have been available for all my questions(and I have had plenty as a first time spa owner). I am highly recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub 😀
