I’ve been to many places for professional massage, and this is by far my favorite one. The spa is clean, cozy, and peaceful. The therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. Other places in the area don’t even come close to her skill level. The only downside is that she’s always in high demand, so you’ll definitely need an appointment beforehand. The new sauna is a fantastic addition to the experience, and having a fresh shower afterward is a nice touch. Coming here has become a part of my weekly self-care routine.

The best! I've been multiple times and will definitely be going back for more. I did 90 minute deep tissue and Rachel was able to release so much of the tension stuck in my back and hips. She's so good at pinpointing the trouble spots and adjusting pressure as needed. Thanks so much, looking forward to the next! UPDATE: have continued with 90 minute deep tissues and can't say enough good stuff about Rachel, she's a miracle-worker. Such an expert at finding and fixing trouble spots. The best!

My boyfriend and I were so glad that we found Rachel for chair massages. She is very strong and released the tension in our necks, backs, and shoulders. Today I had a full massage and she combined Swedish, Thai, and hot stones for a wonderful massage. What a great combination! I love her stretches and highly recommend her for a relaxing spa experience. I'm thrilled that I found someone in Hendersonville for an amazing massage close to home. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

As an athlete I look for massage studios everywhere, middle TN don't have any good ones surprisingly, I was on my last leg and just WOW. Rachel is awesome in everyday! I ask for deeper she goes deep as heck. I know she can also let up some pressure. Young and energetic personality too. NOW has a sauna room that I tried, very nice. Her lotions that she makes should be top of a line. Immediately asked for monthly visits lol I look forward to my new body and flexibility!

I wish I could give a 10 star review! I am visiting from out of town and had some back and neck pain. I called and scheduled a massage with Rachel and wow, I am so glad I did. Everything about the experience was fantastic….the calming music, the comfortable table, and the perfect amount of massage pressure. To top it off, Rachel included some stretching that I desperately needed. I will for sure come here again the next time I am in the area.
