We initially started our hot tub search on line and by visiting some of the local brand stores. During our search, I heard of four winds through a friend who had a great experience years ago. I spoke with Shawn Paxton on the phone and he was very helpful and informative. We made a drive the next day to Four Winds in Smyrna and truly appreciated having Shawn walk us through their manufacturing facility and process in addition to showing us all of the finished tubs they had produced. We made up our mind based on the exceptional customer service, price, and quality of what we had seen. We special ordered our model with the colors and features we were after and Shawn and his crew went to work. In less than a week Shawn was sending me photos and videos of the finished product and we set a date to have it delivered. We are very happy with the finished product and get a lot of use out of it. We found Four Winds Spa on a Google search and visited with Shawn 6 months ago. We searched other retailers and found the price and options at Four Winds to be much more appealing. We let Shawn know we’d be back after we had our electrical hookup. We called and Shawn advised which tub would be compatible with 50 amperage. He also took the time to speak with our electrician to ensure compatibility. We came in today and were planning to purchase a finished tub, and after discussing other options, went with a new build, which we may be able to get delivered in under 10 days! The purchase was smooth and easy! Highly recommend Shawn and Four Winds Spas!!

We Purchased a Four Winds Grand Bahama 2 in June of 21 and have been disappointed ever since. We were promised that the Hot Tub could be delivered in 8 weeks.It ended up being 6 months.We have had to replace 2 pumps and now a Heater Element. The Warranty of course ran out on the Heater. We are in Charlotte NC and it took 1 week for the parts to get here and another week before we could get a tech to install. So the total was 3 weeks without our Hot Tub, every time we need repairs. I would advise to stay away from this brand Hot Tub. The parts don't last more than 3 years it must not be very good. The 2 pumps only lasted a year each. Buyer beware!

I was referred by a friend who had purchased a hot tub through Four Winds. You cut out the "middleman" with Four Winds as they custom build your tub at their location. I visited the showroom where I was greeted by Shawn and shown several models that fit the description of what I was looking for. It was my first time being in the market for a hot tub and Shawn was very helpful and able to make recommendations/explain options, etc. After the decision was made to purchase, he helped with selections for color and style and took the time to explain the chemical processes. Looking forward to having the tub delivered in just a couple weeks!

I would like to take just a moment and tell everyone how much we are enjoy our SALTWATER Arctic Spa! As you can see from the pictures below it has been an amazing improvement to our backyard and elevated our outdoor experience at home. We added the sliding glass door while building a Trex deck around the star of the show!
