We needed a place to walk after lunch and was please to find Aspen Grove Park. All references are Aspen Grove Drive and Seaboard Lane. It is also off Cool Springs Boulevard with parking and access between P.F. Chang's and Core Life Eatery. It consists of a delightful .8 mile pave walking path with three bridges crossing Spencer Creek. Thanks to the warm winter we saw daffodils leaves which will make a lovely walk in a couple of weeks. We also saw two deer coming up from the creek and blending into the wooded area. It's a short enough trail if you don't have time and pretty enough to want to do the loop more than once for a longer walk. There's also a nice playground, clean restrooms and a nice pavilion. You can access this park from Cool Springs Boulevard, the main entrance from Aspen Grove or the next door office park. It's ideal for workers who need to get out of the office but don't have a lot of time.

Nice urban park. Some babbling creeks and a couple of small bridges on a paved path. Great if you are local to power walk, push a stroller or walk the dog. Small play area for the kids and a covered pavilion. Of course your views are also of office buildings, apartments and 4 lane roads but glad they made this green space. Parking lot is a bit small. Not worth making any type of special trip for but if you live near by or staying in a nearby hotel it could be a nice place to walk and stretch your legs a bit.

Very clean a cozy. Playground and picnic area is near so you can easily have a picnic with kids and enjoy outdoors. Trails is a very well maintained. There were a lot of fish in the river that we watched for a while on the bridge and while walking on the trail you can spot a lot different kinds of birds. Dogs must be on a leash. Parking lot is not to big but always has a free spot.

5 stars for the park overall. Very well maintained, kept up to date, and clean as well. Restrooms on site. Very peaceful, nice trail, lightly rushing water, sometimes fish in the water. Several seating areas (a covered area, a pergola with seating, and benches throughout). 4 stars for the playground cause it’s missing swings. But it has several slides, rock wall, etc…

What a wonderful place to break for lunch, take a morning jog or just a walk in the park. Located very close to Cool Springs, the park is home to a large pavilion, kids playground and clean bathrooms. The most impressive feature is the paved Greenway that's mostly under tree canopy for shade and winds around a beautiful creek.
