Small business, Is a small business
Stopped in after work, had to burn the 3 hour difference between quitting time and the store opening. I usually use leisure time in springhill but they were closed and I needed a pump today. I was outside the store waiting in my truck when the lady opened up. When I asked about a pump she stated she only had the one and it's 550$, when I looked at the pump I thought it was the same one I saw allover online for 350-360 ish. So I asked, anyway I could be wrong.... and I need to get this pool situation fixed so I paid the 550, installed and running fine but out of curiosity I googled the model... 360$... called a competitor 355$... well ma'am ya got me.. but it will be the last time I guarantee! I would recommend leisure time pool and spa in springhill.
The pool we bought and had them put in 3 yrs ago now has a whole in seam we were told it had 10 yr warranty Now we are told it had 1 yr. They said the 10 yr was from factory. Could not even send someone to look at it and possibly patch it for us. They may have been in business for 20 or 30 yrs but they are no help when you need them. Do nott believe what they tell you when you purchase a pool from them. Custiomer service ends the day you buy the pool.
Gave 1 star because that's the lowest it will go. I tried to return an item with the receipt and was told they don't take returns. I didn't see it on the receipt or in the store posted. I will drive to Franklin before I ever buy anything in this store again.
I do not shop anywhere else these people are great and very helpful they know and have what you need greatest thing is if something is not right they will make it right, very professional
Workers do a great job, whoever answers the phone is the rudest person on the planet. Won't use them again based on her non would I recommend anyone else to use them
