My first time floating at this establishment back in April was amazing! I decided to return yesterday 10/18 for a long awaited float session. I make it to my 9:30am appointment to find a sign on the door that says will return at 10a. I drove from Clarksville (1 hr away) so I decided to wait 45 min because this is something I had been looking forward to doing a while now. Sadly, no one showed other than 2 more customers. Shortly after leaving I received a text from Zane apologizing and asking if I'd like to reschedule. Great, I appreciated him reaching out! I rescheduled and drove back to Nashville today. I go in and shower, get in float, the lights don't come on. 😩 I read the sign and it says the button for lights are inside the tank. I am having a hard time figuring that out. I press the call button and got no response. I didn't want to be in complete darkness the entire time. I was frustrated my float experience was not going the way I intended. I ended up getting dressed and walked to the front counter. The young man asked how the float session was. I had only been there for 20 min so clearly the session shouldn't have ended so early. I told him I couldn't get the lights to work inside the tank and pressed the call button for assistance. All he said was " The intercom doesn't work, sorry about that and to have a great day." So that was that!

Tried calling on Friday for five different times no answer left messages. No reply back. Try to set up an appointment on the Internet, but it couldn’t tell me that any of the availability for scheduling before I paid so I didn’t want to do that. I wanted to nail down a time slot for the schedule to make sure we could make it. Called Saturday no answer called Sunday got an answer from a guy so they don’t do same-day massage appointments. Well that really sucks then he said you know what maybe I can squeeze you in let me call this one masseuse hour goes by nothing. I call no answer call back get an answer. He says he hadn’t called her yet but he will. He’ll let me know 30 minutes go by I called. No answer. Call back no answer. I call back no answer I mean, you can’t on the website when you schedule appointments you can’t schedule a time and a date so that’s no good and then when you call you never can get a hold of anybody that never call you back. It’s like this place doesn’t even want business.

This was a pretty cool experience you felt really just cool and chilled as you first walked in once you got to the water portion of it it was cool as well but it takes time to adjust if you're not used to it so when I got into the water you are literally floating on your back but it's very uncomfortable if you aren't used to it once you finally get comfortable you realize that it's just time to relax inside you have your own private room you have tiles you have rags you have a lock on your door you have a shower that also has shampoo conditioner and body wash if you look at the videos that I posted along with this review the price point was great we got hours off of Groupon it was me and my wife's first time doing this it is about an hour. But overall, I have a great experience. I definitely recommend it if you're looking to do something different, and afterward, we feel a super light walk and in our bodies everything.

I recently visited Float Horizen, and I can confidently give it a 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The entire experience was serene and rejuvenating. My favorite part was floating freely in the warm, soothing pool—it’s a truly unique sensation to drift weightlessly and let all stress melt away. The environment was quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect escape from daily life. I only wished my wife and I could have shared a room together, as it would have made the experience even more special. Float Horizen delivered a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and calm. I left feeling completely refreshed and energized. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a blissful break from the ordinary.

I've been going to Float Horizen to float for a few years but recently started getting massages there. I've had a lot of bodywork over the years and have seen a lot of practitioners, and I rank Tina amongst my favorites. Her work is confident yet gentle, so you can truly relax under her hands. She listens to your requests and actually responds to what you need. I never thought I was a therapeutic massage person (I like it to hurt!), but Tina has converted me.
