Gemstone Revival Day Spa

I was really looking forward to my spray tan appointment with Kayla after seeing so many great reviews which makes this experience disappointing. I unfortunately had to reschedule my first appointment due to an eczema flare in my armpits and my doctor advised against a spray tan til they healed. I had an appointment scheduled for this Thursday and had to make the decision yesterday to cancel it as I have another eczema flare on my hands and cannot get a spray tan til after it’s healed. Both times I notified Kayla 72 hours in advance and within the stated 48-hour policy. I let her know yesterday that I will just rebook when my skin is completely healed so that she doesn’t have to move me again. I felt extremely bad, I know it can be annoying but it’s genuinely out of my control. I’ve had eczema since I was a kid and tried everything I know possible to get it to heal faster and it unfortunately isn’t budging. Her response was disappointing to say the least as she let me know I will no longer be able to book for future appointments, despite the policy not listing a limit on reschedules. I communicated both times proactively & prioritized my skin health, which is what I believed was the responsible thing to do. While I understand businesses need policies, I wish there had been more communication & grace given, especially regarding a medical skin condition. I hope this feedback is helpful for others with sensitive skin when deciding to book🤍

I've been to many spas before, but this one stands out for its exceptional quality and value, even the bathroom is super cute!!! I can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing services! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! First time client on 2-19-26, and I was delighted with the facial I received from Kat Soto!! She is a Rock Star, and Kayla the owner is an absolute jewel. The space is inviting and relaxing, and the services are top notch! I traveled an hour to visit this spa and am very grateful to have given it a try after a friend's recommendation. You Must Go Here! My only regret is not having booked a massage in addition to the awesome facial! Guys & gals, TREAT YOURSELF to this lovely establishment. This was my first experience at Gemstone and I was very impressed. The building was beautiful and clean! And I am obsessed with that wallpaper in the bathroom! 😆 I had a wonderful facial with Kat! She was very attentive to my skin’s needs and I felt so hydrated and fresh when I left!!!! I loved spinning the wheel to get a free add on to my next service, I went ahead and booked a massage for later! I will def be back!!!!

I'm a spray tan addict and I'm so glad I found Kayla! I have a mom-bod that I'm self conscious about, but she truly doesn't judge and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful with my new glowy tan! She listened to what I wanted and explained every step of the process as she went. The whole appointment was easy and fast, and I'm beyond happy with the color she came up with based on what I described I wanted. 10 stars!
