Jasper float spa provided the perfect relaxation, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a peaceful energy that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and ensure I felt completely comfortable. The float itself was pure bliss—effortlessly weightless, allowing me to fully disconnect from the outside world and unwind both mentally and physically. I did the 60 minute rest therapy, and would recons this over the 30. The spa’s attention to detail, from the calming ambiance to the high-quality amenities, made the entire visit feel like a true escape. My massage therapist, Ebony, provided the perfect amount of pressure and it seems as though the tension instantly released from my body. The 60 minute massage following the rest therapy was the perfect pair for me. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next session. From the moment you step inside Jasper Float Spa and Wellness Center, the world softens. There’s an immediate sense of calm, as if stress dissolves at the door. You’re greeted by voices so gentle they feel angelic, setting the tone for pure tranquility. The space is small and intimate perfectly designed for deep, uninterrupted relaxation. I treated myself to the Birthday Package, a beautifully curated experience that included a 60-minute candle wax massage, a 15-minute aromatherapy steam shower, a 30-minute rest therapy session, and a complimentary champagne toast. Every moment felt intentional, indulgent, and restorative. My massage therapist, Koisha (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name), was truly a gem. Her touch was both attentive and intuitive, with techniques that melted tension and soothed the soul. I traveled from Texas to Memphis for a birthday weekend getaway, and this experience was the perfect way to begin the celebration. If I lived here, Jasper would be my sanctuary. Until then, it will be the first place I return to whenever I’m back in Memphis.

I’ve frequented many spas over the years, but Jasper Float Spa and Wellness Center has provided the best experience by far!! The professionalism, warm hospitality, and overall service are ALL top notch!! Being a wife, a mother to a 4 month old, and working a full time job, I was long overdue for a good massage. Antwanette was very accommodating when I needed to adjust my service time. I’m almost certain she heard the desperation in my voice, lol. My masseuse for the day was Rayven. When I tell you that amazing doesn’t begin to describe how great she is at her job, I mean it with every fiber in me!! She worked out knots I didn’t even know I had!! I was so relaxed, I nearly fell asleep for the entire session. I got off the table feeling renewed and ready for the next round of wrestling with my newborn. This will permanently be added to my monthly schedule and I’ll recommend this to anyone looking for great escape nestled within the mid south. Thanks for everything ladies!!

i recently visited jasper spa for a signature facial. i was warmly greeted by the staff when i walked in and was offered cucumber water. they also had a welcome sign with my name. i filled out some first time paperwork and then was ushered to the room. the table was heated and i was immediately comfortable. even the music here really contributes to the relaxing vibes. ashley did a great job explaining each step but in a quiet way. the products she used were soothing and had a slight scent but were not at all overwhelming. she also did a great shoulder massage while the mask was setting. this was one of my favorite facials i have ever gotten and i will definitely return!

If I could rate this spa 10 stars I would! This was my first visit and I had an amazing experience. All staff was very friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean and smelled nice, and it was within walking distance from my home so that was a plus. I had the 90 minute Jasper Signature massage with the add on Aromatherapy with Rayven Eppenger and she did a phenomenal job!! I wanted to hug her 🥹 Rayven was very attentive to my problem areas and my body is thankful for her ❤️ Another nice touch upon check out was a wellness shot which showed me just how much this facility cares about your wellness. Needless to say, Jasper Spa has a forever customer and I will be back!!
