Massage Envy

I had a facial mid March and it was amazing! I had another one scheduled for this month. I found myself in the hospital and couldn't make it. I checked my bank balance cause something was off. They had charged me $130. The manager told me since I didn't show up they had to charge me so the therapist could be paid. I explained what happened and the manager told me again I had an appointment and didn't show she had to charge me. I'm sorry but forgive me if calling them wasn't the first thought I had was to call and cancel my appointment!!! By the way she made it sound even if I'd have called they still were gonna charge me anyway! Also my daughter in law signed up for the membership. The girl told her she could cancel ANYTIME! She called a couple times and they kept telling her the manager would call. After 2 weeks of the back and forth she just went to the bank and got a different card. Not one time did any of the desk girls told her she had to wait a year to cancel! So how did you can cancel any time turn into you can cancel any time after 12 months? The girls at the desk know that you had to wait 12 months to cancel so why are they not saying that??? We both know what we heard and at NO TIME did she tell us after 12 months! These people know exactly what they're doing! They know if they don't mention the 12 month info that they're still gonna get the money because of the terms they fail to mention. Then I end up in the hospital for a few days and the last thing on my mind was to call them. It really sucks because I have $200 gift card and I will never step foot back into that building!!!!

I had my first facial with Lisa. It was wonderful the best thing I’ve experienced in a long time. I care about my skin and I try and take care of it every day. But her knowledge and information that she gave me was wonderful. Great unexpected.! I would highly recommend for anybody to go to Massage Envy and get a facial with Lisa. She’s there I think on Saturday and Sunday so it’s very convenient on a weekend. They’re booked up for massages. So I’ve had many massages here and I love them.. But I really enjoyed this facial. massage Envy at Turkey Creek but I’m sure they have plenty of locations around. Merry Christmas.

So I've never been stretched, but let's be honest stretching is needed. So glad I tried this place out! My old body needed a stretch especially after the cycling accident. My shoulder, neck, and hip feels so much better!!
