Mimi's Jungle Gym

We brought our almost 2 year old and 14 year old here for a birthday party and had a wonderful experience! The facility was very clean and well-organized. Employees were attentive, constantly tidying up toys so kids always had plenty of space to play. The elephant party room was spacious, and the staff was super helpful with both setup and cleanup. The bathrooms were impressive—very clean, with thoughtful touches like a private breastfeeding area, changing table, extra wipes, and diaper cream. There’s also a snack bar available since outside food and drinks aren’t allowed. The front desk employee was very friendly, and I appreciated that parents are provided boot covers if they’re not playing. The only small downside (and this is nitpicky) is the parent seating area. Tables are set behind a half wall that blocks your view, and the stools at the wall get uncomfortable after a while. Still, this was a minor inconvenience compared to how great everything else was.

I can’t say enough great things about Mimi’s! I live in Oak Ridge and have been to several places like this in Knoxville, and this is by far the best children’s play gym I’ve ever been to! It’s a large space and is very thoughtfully designed. We went on a Saturday, and even though it was busy, there was plenty of room to play! It never felt crowded. My almost two year old LOVED riding all of the cars on the “road” that goes around the play area. The staff were attentive, friendly, and I noticed them cleaning throughout the day. Everything was well organized, and they frequently reset items to keep the space open and clean. It will be well worth the hour drive to come back!

We went on opening day and had a WONDERFUL time! Our toddlers had a blast exploring all there was to see and play with. 3 levels of jungle gyms with several slides, 2 ball pits, tons of play equipment throughout, a racetrack around the whole place, a special 3 years and under area, a giant banana swing, play items for babies, and more. Also had a very reasonably priced snack bar. Great restroom facilities with diaper changing area and nursing room. I can't say enough about this place! Definitely worth it!

Great for babies, toddlers, and big kids. They have a 3 and under play area for the tiny tots to have their own climbing area, slides, merry go round, and ball pit. There's a sweet race track kids can run around and around while they push or ride in little tykes cars of their choice. Watched multiple staff members cleaning inside and around the jungle gym while we were there for about 2 hours. So happy to find this gem in Athens. Will definitely return.

Amazing time with my younger siblings, lots of space for kids and some space for parents to join them. Staff are amazing and are very quick to respond to kids breaking the rules and clean often. I saw them clean very often, I also find the mother nursing and baby changing station a very nice addition. The food and drink is very good with even better prices. Overall had an amazing experience even if I've only been twice it was still a 10/10 time.
