Pure Sweat Sauna Studio, 12 South

First time visiting. Clean and staff was friendly and informative. Really enjoyed the infared sauna. Definitely was hot! Popular location and service though so parking and evening appointments are limited. They have 2-3 designated spots for customers behind the building otherwise it is street parking. Would have loved to buy a package or membership but none of the available appointment times in the next several weeks would work with my schedule. They have an online calendar to book appointments. Would definitely visit again. Update: Decided to buy the spring break 5 saunas in 7 days and great service everytime. I was able to get in at 4 pm right after work by booking ahead.

My girlfriend and I came in and tried the deluxe infrared sauna. It was an excellent experience and we will be coming back again soon. The staff was very friendly and informative explaining to us the benefits of infrared and what to expect during the sauna session. We were also given a complimentary tea and were very impressed by the ambience. I highly recommend Pure Sweat in 12 South!

Can’t recommend pure Sweat 12 South enough. Super friendly and welcoming staff, easy to schedule, clean facilities and an amazing private sauna experience. I’m new to sauna and the staff were so helpful in answering my questions before my first visit. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Pure Sweat is the best! I’ve had a membership for at least 2 years and still love every session! The staff is so kind and everything is so clean and relaxing. I always leave feeling so refreshed, detoxed, and relaxed. Love the red light therapy, too! Cannot recommend enough!

The facilities were beautiful, pristinely clean, and relaxing. Loved the privacy and amenities for the infrared sauna session. The team was very helpful in explaining the process for my first session. I will be back regularly!
