Relax and Restore Float Spa

I was a little skeptical about any benefits of floating, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mrs. Saundra explained everything and answered any questions we had. She has you scheduled a little early, so this time does not cut into your float time. You can choose to leave music playing and soft lighting on, or turn it all off and float in darkness and silence. We chose the darkness and silence. It took me about 30 minutes to get the tension out of my neck and shoulders and finally relax. I wish we had picked the 90 minute float session, because I only had 30 minutes of relaxed float time left with the 60 minute session, but those 30 minutes were wonderful. It is very humid in the room and the temperature of the water is the same as your body temp, so you do not feel cold at all. We chose to float nude, which Mrs. Saundra said the less restrictions you have on your body, the better. When your time is up, you shower again to get all the salt off. She has different soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Just remember to bring your hair brush. The bathroom is in the same room with the float tank, so it’s all private. I immediately felt more relaxed after the float and that feeling continued throughout the day. I was able to go to sleep last night without taking a sleep aid, which is very difficult for me to do. Today I have not had any neck or shoulder pain. I will go back and do this again!

She took the time to explain everything and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The float tub was HUGE—perfect for two people—and incredibly relaxing. We both felt deeply restored afterward, both physically and mentally. The eucalyptus oil she used was heavenly and added such a grounding, spa-like touch to the experience. To top it all off, we were treated to an 8-minute bio machine session afterward that emitted healing frequencies, which was such a unique and calming addition. We left feeling balanced, relaxed, and recharged. This was truly a special experience, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and heal. 💙✨

Amazing and Super Clean! Saundra is the very best at making you feel welcomed and so comfortable! She is also very knowledgeable, answering all of your questions, and then goes over all of the details before your session so you are well informed. We were both brand new to this, we had no idea what to expect for the first time couple floating, and our experience was truly a wonderful and lovely one. The float room and float tank are also super peaceful and cozy. Honestly, it was just perfect for the two of us! My husband and I highly recommend floating at Relax and Restore Float Spa. If your are thinking about it, then book it, you will definitely be happy that you did. Me and my boyfriend went here for our anniversary. We had never done anything like that and were super excited. First of all the owner is amazing, very professional and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got there. She even had options for room temp or cold water. The float tub itself was AMAZING! We did the couples float and it was honestly life changing. We both were so relaxed through the whole thing and felt very safe. The place is extremely clean and sanitary. The sleep we got when we got home last night was top tier, I’ve never slept so good in my life. HIGHLU recommend this spa especially if you’re a couple wanting an experience that’ll bring you closer together

Had a great first float experience with my fiancé! She was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and offered a quality experience. Some notes I’ll leave for other first timers is: You’ll shower when you arrive there before your float and after your float, you can choose to float naked or a swimsuit, and I’d suggest calling when you arrive so she can let you in thru her gate because this location is out of a home. Professionally set up and relaxing though. I do recommend!
