We absolutely basked in this amazing sauna experience on a cold January Sunday…it was the absolute best! We are going again this (same) month. The sauna itself is so beautiful, the setting is low-key and quiet. Christina was operating it when we were there and she is a lovely person very knowledgeable about sauna. It’s all quite self-explanatory when you arrive and Christina is there is help or answer questions. There’s a small explanation at the start, then you go at your own pace. I was a novice, but my European husband has done a lot of sauna - we both enjoyed it immensely. It would also be super nice with a small group of friends or family. There were six total people in our time slot and it did not feel crowded at all. 10/10 recommend!

Sage Sauna is a super solid sauna experience, especially by U.S. standards. The setup is clean, simple, and well executed. The wood-fired sauna gets properly hot, and the cold shower on site makes contrast easy and accessible. The added water/essential oils to the rocks for steam was a nice touch. It’s easy to get to and thoughtfully set up. There’s a beer market next door, a small outdoor fire area with seating, water available to drink, and individual bins to store your belongings and hooks. The space is very clean, with a dedicated changing room, and the owners are friendly and welcoming! I’m looking forward to going back!

What a wonderful experience we had at Sage Sauna! It was so easy to register and pay online and just jump right in. We had a double date night with our good friends and because the location is perfect, were able to bring our kids to play outside while two adults could sauna together in back-to-back sessions. Sage sauna also have a changing area, a water jug, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit, which makes transitioning to having drinks and ordering food at Trailhead very easy. Highly recommend!!

From the beautiful natural wood sauna, to the overall energy created with the space, I couldn’t recommend this more and will definitely be part of my regular routine moving forward!

I had such an amazing time! The owner put so much care and thought into every little detail of the experience. The lighting, convenient towel hooks, and scented oils made the visit feel luxurious. It’s clear they truly value their customers’ comfort and enjoyment. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a unique and thoughtful experience!
