Booked a vagacial with brazilian plus deluxe package. The wax did not actually remove any hair. The trimming and shaping was not trimmed and was very lopsided and very very very crooked. IMore than half of the area booked to be waxed was not even touched or attempted to be waxed. Considering it was so dark in the waxing room, I’m not surprised I came out just as hairy as I went into the appointment. I’ve been waxing myself VERY WELL for more than 10 years, so I thought I would spoil myself to this experience and give my neck a break. It was SO BAD that all I could do was laugh and call my mother when I got home. I ended up having to fully wax my own self after I got home. This experience was not good at all, and was a big waste of time and money. I would have enjoyed the vagacial if it was done before the waxing part, but the whole thing felt very rushed (was booked for 1.5 hours but was “done” in under an hour and had to get dressed and leave in front of the esthetician) and the end result was embarrassingly bad. First and last experience getting waxed. I wanted a relaxing spa treatment and a wax, but ended up with a hilariously bad bush story.

I had a wonderful time here today. I booked the "Bloom Ceremony", which includes 30 minutes each of Swedish massage, facial, and foot treatment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire building was filled with relaxing aromas and gentle ambiance that really set the mood. Their robes are very comfortable. Lydia was an excellent masseuse, and an entertaining person to talk to. It is clear that she matches her clients energy and willingness to conversate and adjusts accordingly. I love to talk, so me and Lydia had a wonderful half hour conversation on anything and everything under the sun while her hands worked wonders on my back and feet. Jessica is an amazizing aesthetican; much like Lydia, we got to talking but she did put emphasis on her ability to read her client's want to do so (or lack thereof). When she finished her session with me, my face had never felt more clean and refreshed. When I looked in the mirror, my skin was positively GLOWING, not to mention I feel like I was gifted a new pair of feet! Both of these ladies are extremely talented, and I can't wait until the next time I can come visit them! 10/10.

Paid for a couples massage. My friend had a great massage and left happy. I left sore and crying. She did not massage me. She pushed on my body in different areas and would hold it in for long minutes at a time. I told her where and why I hurt. She never touched the area. I had to take ibuprofen when I got home from the pain my neck is in from being pushed up while she pushed only on my shoulders. She did "rub" one foot, but not the other. This was my first massage. Now I dont think I will ever go to another place after this. This was not cheap to be in pain and feel like I was treated badly, when my friend had a great experience. April Newman-Bau

I would not get another facial here again. I paid for the deep pore cleansing facial with pore extraction, the girl used the extraction tool for not even a minute! I have so many clogged pores that I wanted to be cleaned. Not to mention the experience was not relaxing AT ALL. I laid there and listened to the lady talk and talk and talk the entire time. I could have done a face mask at home for way less money than I spent. Overall disappointing. Don't put pore extracting in the description if that's not actually what you offer. I ended up buying the tool myself and doing it when I got home... complete waste of money.

My wife and I had massages here, and we left feeling fantastic. More fantastic for me because it was my first time ever getting a massage. The lady at the front desk was helpful and kind and so were our masseuses. Magdalena was my masseuse, and she worked my back and got all the knots out. 5 out of 5 stars for quality service and great atmosphere!
