Spa Haus Nashville

I had the best day at Spa Haus! Hannah did my custom facial - she is a god sent light to the world. We chatted about so many things and really connected on our current journeys in life. We left exchanging info about some of the things that we chatted about to look up and follow-up on. It was the perfect balance of pleasant conversation and relaxing facial. She explained every step she was doing throughout the facial and every product she used, which I really appreciate. She recommend some products to use without any pressure to buy them. Nico did my signature massage - he has the hands of an angel. Absolute perfect pressure and he made sure to focus on the problem areas I expressed and took time to work out any other tense areas he found. Other reviews said you leave extremely oily, but I disagree. Maybe my skin just soaked it up, but I thought it was perfect. He even did a great scalp massage without getting my hair oily. As for the spa itself, I absolutely loved the atmosphere and relaxation room. They moved my appointment 15 min earlier than booked online to make sure I had some time in between my massage and facial, which I appreciated being able to have that downtime in between in the relaxation room. I also got there a little early before my appointment to have some time beforehand to wind down. Highly recommend doing this! Sitting in the relaxation room with a glass of wine in between the best massage and facial was the absolute best way to celebrate my birthday. Thanks so much to Nico and Hannah and everyone that was so nice and welcoming at Spa Haus. I think I found a new favorite spa!

I love Spa Haus!! I’ve been here twice now, once for teeth whitening with Hannah and once for my first chemical peel with Charity. Both Hannah and Charity were the sweetest, they gave me such amazing recommendations and I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold something, they really just wanted to make me feel my best and achieve the best results. It’s also soooo relaxing and beautiful without being crazy expensive. I’m totally coming back as much as I can ❤️❤️

I’ve been going to Spa Haus for over 5 years now, and every single visit I leave feeling so well taken care of. It’s a true haven — always clean, calming, and beautifully designed. The team is incredibly kind and professional, and the services are consistently top-notch. I also love their retail selection — everything is high quality, healthy, and thoughtfully curated. Spa Haus is one of my favorite places in Nashville and such a big part of my wellness routine!

I had my first prenatal massage here with Nico and have nothing but positive things to say. He had a wonderfully warm and calming presence from the start, he was very mindful about my goals for the session and my comfort level throughout. This is a gorgeous facility and I’m very grateful for the top tier quality of their staff. Thank you so very much Nico! Looking forward to coming back.

This was such a great find! Just moved to Nashville and my son recommended we check out his friend, Elyse’s spa! I love this place so much. Their staff….so welcoming and the experience, one of the best I’ve ever had. Douglas and Nico were amazing. So much so, I picked up gift cards for my suit kids to enjoy. Definitely making this a regular stop. You should too!!!
