The Infrared Room

My doctor recommended that I add sauna to my wellness routine, and I was so pleased to find The Infrared Room right in my backyard. The staff is wonderful, and the facility is super-clean. Whether relaxing in the private sauna or exercising in the others, I always leave feeling great!

I love the ease of scheduling a room and how I can choose a 15 minute or 30 minute workout (or double up for a longer time)! Gigi has been great helping with the whole process, as well as others who have been helpful and friendly on the phone and at the front desk:)
