The Sauna & Soak Lounge, Sango

I am obsessed with this studio & their second studio! I have been using their infrared saunas consistently for about 8 months now and I feel so incredible. Especially with their red light therapy, I have more energy, my skin is smoother/clearer than it’s ever been, and I have literally been healing my body from the inside out! Whenever I have the time and need extra relaxation, I love adding a 40min float session (or even 25min during the weekdays if I’m pressed for time). You’ll always leave feeling like you could conquer the world! Their staff is so kind, incredible, and accommodating, as well as the owner, Laurel is so helpful, knowledgeable, and an amazing human! I received a birthday gift to float. Hands down the best birthday gift ever! The customer service is fantastic and not hurried at all. You will feel calm as soon as you walk inside. Every space is super clean and extremely appealing. I have horribly tense shoulders with knots and osteo in my lower back. So every day I ache somewhere after doing something. One session floating was like magic! I couldn’t believe how fast time went. There’s total privacy. I ended up turning off the music. Quiet is rare anymore so I enjoyed time to refocus my thoughts. Every comfort you can imagine is included.

Literally incredible. My husband and I did an hour float followed by a 45 minute infrared sauna together. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable on all the benefits these things offer! Pricing is competitive with anything else that pertains to health and wellness and definitely worth every penny. I had heard that the floats are the closest thing to being in your mother’s womb, and let me just say, it is otherworldly! If you can truly get your mind to clear, you will experience something like never before. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and peaceful. Will most CERTAINLY be back!!!

I enjoyed my experience so much came back the same week. New to saunas so they were extremely helpful. Callie was great in guiding me through the experience! I'm glad I listened to her to get one of the Vybe drinks for the first session. That magnesium was what I needed. Even though, I was a little skeptical. 👌 Miranda and Gracie were so awesome! They just taught me about the cold plunge and based off of the conversations between the 3 of us. Done talked me into trying it out myself. Those girls deserve a raise! Sold me on it by just honest opinions!

We tried Pure Sweat Float Studio today and it was a phenomenal experience! From booking the appointment to every aspect of our visit, it was impeccable. My partner treated me to the Mother’s Day sauna + float session. 10/10 recommended doing both. The relaxation was next level. I feel great. The facility was beautiful as well as clean and well maintained. Angela was so friendly and informative when helping us make selections. We were in great hands.
