The Spa Midtown

I’d like to warn people that are thinking about getting filler and Botox to address jowls and sagging of the lower face should consider going somewhere else besides here. I had my lips done here and they looked great so I went for additional treatment to address my lower face. I paid a lot of money for this treatment as recommended with no better result. I did bring this up to the person that did the treatment and she said adding Botox should fix the issue. She did that at no cost to me, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, I now look worse than I did before. I have let her know that this has occurred. All I can do now is go somewhere else and spend a lot more money to have it all corrected. Please be aware that more complex treatments at this place may not go well for you. Update after business owners response: I reached out to the person that did this treatment and was asking for help with this issue. Maybe it would have been better to discuss in person instead of over text, but nothing was resolved and she is no longer responding.

My appointment was with Angela Bradley, and she was incredible. Warm, genuine, and professional; Angela made me feel as if I’d known her for years. Her positive energy was contagious, and she did an exceptional job with my treatment. I highly recommend Angela for any service you’re considering, and The Spa Midtown as a whole for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and feel cared for.

I recently received a chemical peel glow treatment from Narsa, and the results were amazing! From start to finish, she provided a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience. She explained the entire process clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and tailored the treatment to suit my skin’s needs. My skin was noticeably brighter, smoother, and more radiant just days after the peel. Narsa truly has a gift and a deep knowledge of skincare. Thank you to my better half for booking me a massage and facial here. The facial was only the beginning, it was so soothing and relaxing then followed up by an incredible massage session, hot oil scalp massage, body dry brush (that was a different feeling, wasn't bad but won't do that again), back and foot scrub, and a full body massage. The ladies were so accommodating and made every part of my body relax. Very serene, calm and clean facility. Great location if you want to grab food or drinks before or afterwards. Will definitely be back for more pampering!

The staff at The Spa Midtown is always very welcoming and attentive. I have a monthly membership, which saves money on regular massages and custom facials. The Spa Midtown is a beloved place to me here in Memphis.
