Lynesa was my trainer and my journey with her was empowering and healing. I gained more than physical strength but an overall sense of wellbeing and confidence. It kick started m journey of wholeness and healing mind, body and soul. I appreciated the team and their knowledge regarding fitness and work out strategy. The team of ladies seamed to have a genuine, positive, cohesive relationship that pours over into their work with you. I specifically liked the blood test that was very accurate that served as a roadmap to my healing journey. The ionic foot bath yielded immediate results. And the red light therapy seemed to heal my aching muscles and joints. The vibra plate increased my circulation, I could go on and on about the value of the treatment I received and the results I started to see in a short amount of time. My healing journey is moving steadily and I appreciate Total package fitness for their pieces of my puzzle. GOD BLESS!!

I really don’t know where to start. Tamara Henderson made sure everything was on point. She was very PROFESSIONAL and we really learned a lot on top of having such an amazing time. WE LOVE HER!!! This whole experience was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I booked the couples package and such a time was HAD!!! I experienced the aqua massage infrared facial, jacuzzi tub and had a lovely dinner for two with wine. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. They have so many services that I can’t wait to come back and experience them all. The Resort facility was immaculate!! Very Clean and smell awesome. The music was soothing. The whole place was a vibe. We traveled from Kentucky and already planning another trip back. This was absolutely the TOTAL PACKAGE!!!!!!!Tried to post pictures but not letting me. First off, the professionalism and knowledge of the body is top tier. Blood analysis is mind blowing. I saw my blood. The supplements that I was prescribed has done wonders to my gut. Red light therapy has changed my life. My body is doing things that I feared because of my weight and thought process. When I say I am accomplishing life in this 52 year old body, I mean it. I was unsure of what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised!! Tamara was so nice and friendly!!! She made me feel comfortable exposing all of my body flaws!! And came up with a plan to get me back into shape!! She was professional and efficient! We immediately got started and I am very excited about what is to come!!!!
