I needed to upgrade my pool panel. Tyler not only helped me choose what I needed, he went above and beyond in providing me with the directions for the install. Once I had completed the upgrade, I was having one issue that I could not figure out. He worked with me over the phone and then came over after he got off from work to help me fix the problem. In the past I have used a few different pool supply stores. Moving forward, TriState is the only pool supply store that I plan on using. Anyone can sell you a bag of salt, or a part for your pool. It’s the excellent customer service and the professionalism that sets this store apart from the others that I have encountered in Chattanooga. I would highly recommend TriState to anyone who is looking for a quality, knowledgeable pool supply store!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Tri-State Pools & Spa. We just bought a home with a pool originally purchased from them, and the previous owners could not say enough great things about the help and knowledge they received over the years. Now I understand why. Even though it’s approaching December, I stopped in needing guidance on what to do with the pool, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed and got me up and running with confidence. This is truly a family business, and you can feel it the moment you walk through the door—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. We cannot express enough how happy we are dealing with Bruce and Trevor for almost three years now , and how thankful we are for their wonderful service and great professional attitude and knowledge. We drive to get the supplies and replacements from Huntsville to Chattanooga because we never found a business as good as theirs to deal with. And also we get any advice and support over the phone with no delay! We purchased an excellent hot tub there three years ago taking Bruce’s advice, and sure we never looked back. I would rate Tri-State Pools 5 out of 5. I am a service person , so I was curious about quality of parts and power of the pumps as well as energy costs. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the hot tub I purchased as well as all the tubs he sells. I settled on the 5 person Retreat by Nordic. I have had it now for five months and I am very happy with it. One of my big questions was what size to get. I considered a large tub in case kids or friends want to use it, however reality is 95 percent of the time it will be only you. Good advice Trevor. Many thanks !!!

I have had a great hot tub purchase experience with Tri-State. My salesman was Trevor, he thoroughly went over each hot tub and answered all of my questions. He really made it easy to pick the perfect hot tub for me. During delivery a piece was cracked and Trevor took care of it quickly by replacing it with a new piece. Since my purchase I have spoken to Tyler, as well as a few ladies, about maintenance and chemicals (they do free water testing) and they have been very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a hot tub or maintenance.
