These guys are professionals. They hire professionals and they work with professionals. In addition to my pool design and construction we also utilized a deck building company, electrician, and landscaping company that were recommended by Volunteer Pools and Service. All 100% professionals. Volunteer Pools and Service has gone the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my pool and hot tub. They've been responsive to calls and texts and great with their in store service to make sure my pool and hot tub are in top shape! Everything from Volunteer Pools and Service and the professionals they work with has gone above my families expectations. Amazing experience! They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our inground pool! Forrest was great to work with! From coming out to look and give an estimate to completion. The guys doing the work were so friendly! Our dog LOVED going outside to lay and see them. He's 12 and I told them if he was in the way to let me know. They would pet him, talk with him and he really enjoyed their company. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Very happy!!

I've been using Volunteer Pools in Dickson for over 12 years to open, close and general repairs to my pool. The service staff have always been prompt, friendly and do their work quickly. Over the years I've had a few issues such as a liner/pump replacement and they came to the rescue. Quite frankly, I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my pool. Great job on the the pool today Volunteer Pools! Your service guys are the best!

Forrest was super awesome, called me right back, gave me a reasonable and quick quote on a inground winter cover, came out and did the measurements personally and even got me measurements and proces ona. hottub civer. Great communication and customer service! Definitely recommend for all your pool and spa needs abd that's coming from a professional mermaid so I know a thing of two about the water life 😅🧜♀️💗

These folks are great! Customer service was awesome. Free pool water testing. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, and willing to help. We bought a home where Volunteers was used to open and close the pool for the previous owners. So I stopped in for some supplies. I will continue to use their services to open and close our pool. Thanks for great customer service!! It is rare and appreciated.
