Woodhouse Spa

Today was my first time visiting (I normally go to the downtown location). Initially, was good. Check in was easy and we were showed the locker room/shower/bathroom, and were showed the waiting area once we were ready. We were asked shoe size and shown different robe sizes. We were also offered a drink. We asked about using the sauna and were told we could but it didn’t open until 11:00 and we would have to pay an additional $25 to use it. Con- We filled out an intake form that asked our sizes (sandals and robe) and what we’d like to drink. If we have to do an intake form, why ask these questions when we get there, again? My bill came to over $420 and my friend’s was $380 and you want $25 to use a sauna that’s not even open when you open? Most spas include the amenities. All of the lockers are one short wall, double stacked in the bathroom area. This area is inconvenient for more than 2-3 people getting dressed/undressed. Pro: The waiting area was relaxing, including infused water and three trailmix type snacks. We ordered a cup of hot tea and it came on a nice serving tray with honey. Although, there was nowhere to put your tray/drink once done. We just sat it in our seat when we left. Pro: My massage with Zach was probably top three massages I’ve ever had. It was the perfect pressure and he massages hands and feet just a bit differently, hitting different pressure points. Pro: My facial was top-notch as well. I felt she really took the time to look at my skin and provided a very relaxing, rehydrating facial. I also purchased a recommended face serum based on her recommendation. Con: when checking out, we were informed a 20% gratuity has been added but we had an option to adjust. This should be left the card scanner so it can be done discreetly. Of course we left 20%, but it would have been awkward to suggest a tip less than 20% if the services reflected that.

There are no words to describe how amazing Woodhouse spa is! I went with my friend today and she and I didn’t want to leave! The service was 10/10 every staff member is sweet, engaging and wonderful. I had Diana for my facial and she was amazing- highly recommend her she explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We used the salt room and sauna and it was the best salt room I have ever been in! Truly the most wonderful experience 10/10 would recommend! We are definitely going back!

I brought my son here for an afternoon of pampering as a birthday request. He had his first ever facial and massage. He raved about his experience and was so relaxed and happy after! It’s a beautiful and peaceful environment with calming music, scents and lovely atmosphere. We were given tea and water and they even gave him chocolates for his birthday. Every single person we interacted with who worked here was so kind and helpful. I think we will make this a regular visit now!

I have been to Woodhouse Spa several times and have been pleased with every experience. My past 2 visits have been with Gustin and I can’t recommend him enough! He worked with me when I was 7 months pregnant and he provided such good care. Here recently I have had pain in my upper back. After seeing him I’ve been pain free! Highly recommend Woodhouse to anyone who is looking for a relaxing experience and great staff!

First time visiting Woodhouse Spa and I definitely will be back! ZACH gave the most amazing massage! Not only was it relaxing but he used techniques to really work my muscles to allow for a deeper relaxation. I felt myself so relaxed I almost drifted into a deep sleep, which has never happened before. He was extremely professional, helpful, and kind! Can’t wait to return & see Zach again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
