Aahhh Comfort Spa

Excellent service and sales. Pat is ALWAYS calm and non-pressuring - I have never had him try to push me to buy anything. He is also very knowledgeable in spas and operation. We bought a used SunBelt Aurora back in 2010 that was about 5 years old then and decided it was time to upgrade, so just bought a brand new SunBelt Storm Precision series - can't wait to get in it! Our new tub! EDIT: Was delivered Saturday 1/26 and the delivery men were the nicest people - another plus for getting a spa from Aahhh Comfort Spas. They even put the downspout diverter I had moved so they could get the spa in the back yard back down! I had an issue where it was set to low power mode and I could not change it - called Pat and he immediately told me how to unlock that setting so I could change it to high power mode! And no, I do not work for them nor get special prices! Just so nice to see great, non-pressured sales, excellent and well mannered delivery people, and great after sales service!

Customer Service of the year award!!!! Pat was the most helpful and informative encounter I have ever received. He Took his time out to help me over the phone figure out how to reset my new jacuzzi spa. I thought it was the heating element and was on my way to purchase a new one. Pat lead me through the process and we figured the unit was just in sleep mode. This saved me not only money but a few hours of driving to find the replacement part. Thank you again sir! I will be a continuous customer.

We bought our hot tub here seven years ago. The service was great and we have loved our hot tub. What I didn't expect was the level of customer service we would receive for the life of our hot tub. Over years of heavy use, parts began to expectantly wear out. Rather than push an expensive service call, we were given the option to repair it ourselves if we were so inclined. Mike and Pat took the time to give me pointers and ultimately save me $100's in repair. I am a lifelong customer.

Bought my hot tub from Pat a little bit ago! Been the best tub, along with the best service in the business! Pat, and his team of awesome crew members moved in, and set up my tub. Even helped me re-program it over the phone after my power went out and it reset. This is my go-to place for all future spa purchases and all the accessories and chemicals to go with!! Honest! Affordable! And just down right awesome!

First, the buying experience was easy. We bought a used hot tub and were able to finance with no problems. Second, hats off to the delivery crew! We had an uneven yard, had to move the AC unit, and had to tear out a wall in the old garage. Then, our storage unit was an obstacle...but they managed to get it in! They stood by their 90 day warranty...when we need repairs, we still call their guy, Curtis.
