Very nice park, great beach access. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Not a bad place to do some surf fishing while the kids play on the beach. Keep in mind, there can be a harsh undertow. Do not veer off too far into the water. As with most beaches , take your own food & drinks. Convenient stores will be over-priced on all goods.

Nice mostly clean bathroom, showers are okay. The curtains don't fully close and there are usually hair balls on the floor. One of the hand dryers is broken but the toilets are usually clean. Also has good ventilation.

I highly recommend this place! It’s a public beach with a shower, which is rare in Galveston. This location has everything you need! It offers great parking, welcoming staff, and reasonable prices! BBG area +++
