Heaven Sent Massage

Even though I’ve been going to this establishment for more than 13 years, I have never written a review. TODAY I TRULY FEEL THAT THE SITUATION CALLS FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So over a span of more than a decade, I have met several massage therapists and they were all wonderful. I have used Dr Mark Hern for acupuncture and he was also just sweet, helpful & great overall. I always made sure to stay away from Melinda (the owner) because I always found her to be cold and unpleasant. Zero customer service skills. Still, I stayed a faithful and repeat customer for the nice therapists and office ladies. Yesterday while Karen was confirming my appointment for today, she asked for a credit card to use, something that has never happened and the reason was because apparently I was a no show customer several times. I was in utter shock so I asked her to tell Melinda to give me a call back. She did today while I was at the door heading for my massage. Besides being her natural self of unpleasant and rude, she accused me of being a no show few times and when I asked for proof she replied that she heard it from her employees. I said give me actual proof, she said they are only now starting to document it. I called one of her therapists that has left , I also asked Karen if she saw any of this, she didn’t. The therapist told me that over the years I canceled few times but I made sure to call and explain why. I was never just a no show. Several things bother me about the situation… For one, you don’t talk to a long time customer the way she did and make accusations without actual proof. You try to be polite and pleasant while addressing the problem at hand and resolve it in a pleasant civil manner.. And two, what I was accused of goes against everything that I am and my moral standards. When I’m just five mins late, I text the person to let them know. Anyhow, Sorry for the long text everyone, all I have left to say is that even if a person is successful at what they do, it doesn’t stop them from lacking class and finesse.

Amazing service great prices! Best in town actually! No need to sign up for memberships! I had a “couples” massage appointment for my husband and I! It was awesome for his first time ever to have one done. I’ve been before at another facility. Close to home not far of a drive at all very convenient. Our massage therapist’s were super professional and very nice. Knew exactly what they were doing. Some therapists do not the correct way to accommodate a full body massage. Definitely recommend this place for yourself, you and your partner, a girls day or whatever! Appointment was on time no needed to wait! I wish they would recommend other oils and products to use, but not too sure if they do or not! I did ask for either eucalyptus or lavender oils, but she never said if they had it or not. Overall, our experience was amazing. Thank you!

Heaven Sent Massage staff are amazing. Melinda is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wide range of techniques, allowing her to tailor each session to individual needs. I have scoliosis, and she carefully corrects the imbalances it causes without creating additional pain — which makes a huge difference for me. She’s also helped relieve back pain my 88-year-old grandfather had been living with for years. The improvement in his comfort and mobility has been such a gift to our family. Beyond her skill, Melinda is kind, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. 10/10 Recommend!

Good massage therapists work here. They listen to you and work on the muscles that need it. Some places just do the whole body and get it over with. (Routine) These therapists will work on just your back or legs if you ask them to. The front desk lady is always nice and will set an appointment for you with the massage therapist you like. Not just the next one available. Stop by and see for yourself.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with D’etta at Heaven Sent. I came in with back & knee pain, and D’etta was able to pinpoint the areas of tension and work them out effectively. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. D’etta was very professional and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend her.
