Irish Springs Pools and Spas

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Went in looking for a hot tub. Found a Jacuzzi 2 person that I liked but the guy said I could save money if I got the Platinum Spas which he claimed was made by the same company. When they came to install it the kid broke 2 of the sides because he used a Milwaukee impact instead of hand tools. I called Irish Springs and they said they would send someone to look at it. They came out 3 times to "repair it" before deciding that the sides needed replaced. After several weeks they came out to replace all 4 sides and broke them again. By this time my pop up speakers weren't working either. I spoke to someone claiming to be the owner who said they would order new sides as well as speakers to make it right. I mentioned the I had bought it 8 months ago and it's still not correct and that my warranty was going to expire in 4 months.. I asked if I could pay the difference and get the one I originally wanted and he said no that they will make it right even if the warranty expires. That was April of 25 and it is now October 25 and the warranty has expired and they have yet to get the hot tub fixed. Not even a phone call from them. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Save yourself the headaches and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Update: Called them on November first to find out what the story was on the side panels them supposedly ordered. I told them I have been waiting on them since April. He had the nerve to say I should have been calling them once a week. Needless to say I was a bit upset with his attitude. I informed him that due to them breaking the sides rain water had gathered in the base and nothing was working now. I let him know that I had another company look at the tub and it was shot. He said he would look into it and get back to me. No call 2 weeks later. I went to The Hot Tub Doctor and bought a new tub (Vita Spa) They were there in 3 days to remove the old (14 months old) and install the new one. Again DON'T BUY FROM IRISH SPRINGS!

James did an excellent job getting us set up ! Made the process so easy. Dakota and Mike delivered and set it up and we couldn’t be happier! If you have a bad back check into the red light therapy Edit: So we ran into a small problem with the heater not staying on when both pumps are running. I stopped by and told James and he got Shaun involved. They knew exactley what the problem was and sent Dakota over to fix it. I'm very impressed with the level of service we have received. If i could give more stars I'd give 100 !

In November of 2025 I purchased a spa and cold plunge. This has been the absolute best experience, everything from the sales and start up to the install. James Neslage made sure every T was crossed and i dotted. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!!

James and the delivery team did a great job in removing my old Sundance tub and installing my new Sundance tub. The removal and install took a bit longer than expected, but the team stayed until the job was completed! Thanks again for a job well done. I really enjoy my new Sundance hot tub.

James and Shaun were very knowledgeable when it came time to decide on which brand and model of Hot Tub to buy. We ultimately went with the Sundance 880 series. The delivery was top notch. Mike and Dakota were prompt and very accommodating. The delivery and setup went very well. No regrets!
