iV Bars & Cryotherapy of Mansfield

I cannot begin to explain how unprofessional this business is! I decided to drive from Corsicana to this location, I called several times throughout the morning to see if I could get an appointment scheduled. No one ever picked up the phone. I figured it’s Saturday and maybe the employees were busy. I take the hour drive up to Mansfield, and unfortunately for me the business is closed. No sign on the door explaining why they are closed during their scheduled business hours. Today was my only day off, now I’m very disappointed that I wasted all of my morning trying to come here. I showed up at 11:30 am, and their scheduled hours are posted from 10am to 4pm. As I was walking back to my vehicle I noticed another customer showed up and was quickly disappointed when they noticed the business was closed. This was Very unprofessional, and rude to say the least. I definitely hope I get a call back in order to consider ever coming back to this location. If not, I will just take my business to Dallas. You lost the opportunity to service two customers today, do better!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alexa during my IV treatment today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was extremely informative and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and her friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Alexa provided amazing service, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone considering treatment.

This place is so great! The atmosphere is super relax. I instantly wanted to take a nap. The cocktails aren't the pricey for what your getting and its one quick stab then you can move around or even bring a laptop and use the free wifi to get some work done. The lady was super nice explained everything and suggested a few options for what I needed. Erin was just so amazing and fast. It was pain free. Highly recommend felt better before we left.

From start to finish This Iv Drip staff blew me away. They were very professional, educated me on everything, and quick to work. Erin took care of me and she was awesome!!! She did a fabulous job of comforting and educating me so I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable, and was super friendly. Can’t wait to get more sessions done. To make it even better I feel great after my session. 10/10 recommended to anyone thinking about visiting 💜
