Bliss. A perfectly fitting name, because that is the exact feeling I experience every time I walk out of my massage with Piyarat. I have been coming to Massage Bliss & Cryo monthly (and sometimes more) since 2023, and each experience has left me relaxed and rejuvenated. They have created a space that is so calming from the moment you walk in. I love the gentle sounds of the water trickling in the fountain, the unique decor from Southeast Asia, and the salt lamps throughout - it instantly puts me in a state of peace. I love that they not only offer massage and cryotherapy, but a variety of different services such as as specialized skincare and body treatments, IV therapy, cosmetic injectables, and compression therapy. They even have a chiropractor available should you need an adjustment. The membership program makes it easy to maintain monthly services and even offers discounted rates and membership prizes. They also run monthly specials, so if there are other services you were considering trying but were maybe uncertain about, it provides the perfect opportunity to give them a shot.

This place is a hidden gem. My friend and I both had a medical massage. Diane was my therapist for the second time and it's the best massage I ever gotten. She answered all my questions, gave me stretches and exercises to do at home along with some hidden tasks that help relieve my pain. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I learned deep tissue massage doesn't need to hurt to work. My friend also got a facial from Vanessa and she looked great and raved about her treatment. Everyone from Mckenzie warm welcome at the front desk was amazing. Prices are great for a medispa. They offer fantastic packages. Owner was not there so we didn't get to meet them. Hopefully we will on our next visit. You can't go wrong they also offer Botox, fillers, Chiropractor appointments and more. You need to check them out!

I’m amending my initial review. Found this place not too long ago and the owners are incredibly nice and the membership is a true value, I really do like them. Had a great massage with Kayla today and immediately booked another one. Awesome Black Friday Special too!! I would be fantastic if they would have “relaxation room”, maybe somewhere we could have a drink. I really would love to get several services on the same day but I don’t want to sit in the lobby and have to get dressed between every service to go sit back in the lobby. It is a well priced spa, services are affordable (comparable on the med spa side) and you can usually find an appointment given the large staff. I would recommend to anyone.

We booked a couples massage a few months ago and left feeling underwhelmed. The highlight of our visit was definitely the excellent customer service. Everyone was warm, attentive and professional. However, the massages themselves didn’t quite live up to the price point. Given how many other services Message Bliss & Cryo offers, it felt like massage might not be their primary focus. They do have a membership program, which could be a good option for regulars, but based on our experience, we’re not sure we’d return for the massage specifically.

Cathryn is truly genius and was absolutely incredible! She truly knows the impacts of Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobility, Fibromyalgia, migraines, mental health issues, and trauma on a body. She also taught me how to care for body properly. Ive never felt so seen and understood by a massage therapist before…her medical massage addresses issues no massage therapist ever has and Im so thankful. My body feels stable and relaxed without feeling ran over or dislocated.
