Horrible Customer Service, Very Money Hungry. I’d like to note that despite my ongoing issues with the facility, Dee and Kshondra have been outstanding. Their professionalism, communication, and massage skills are the only reason I’ve considered keeping my membership this long. They deserve recognition. With that being said, Massage Envy’s policies have been extremely disappointing. I was charged my membership fee on the 7th, scheduled a massage, and had to reschedule due to the passing of my grandfather. I lost my credit entirely and was then charged $90 for a rescheduled massage—despite having a $75 credit that was never applied. Additionally, I was never informed that the membership was locked in for 12 months with no exceptions or any of the cons. These experiences led me to move my services to Hand and Stone Massage & Facial spa. On the very day I signed up, there was a woman in the building—escorted by police—yelling about greed, and now I understand why. It’s unfortunate that customer service and compassion seem to be overlooked here. Businesses that operate this way should not be in business. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 15 or 16, and I’m now turning 23. I have 3 credits left, and I only plan to use them because of Dee and Kshondra. I truly hope their value is recognized. Today my membership has come to an end and i am so happy. Massage Envy has been a letdown. Front desk staff should be replaced before they take you all out of business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐3/6/2026 My experience at the Massage Envy in Humble was excellent from start to finish. Jackie greeted me first and was incredibly kind, polite, and understanding. I had some personal things going on, and she handled everything with patience and compassion while making sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. Then I met Kendall, the manager, who helped get me registered and checked in. She made sure everything went smoothly and matched me with the right massage therapist for what I needed. My massage therapist, Robert, was phenomenal. I completely melted during the session. His technique was so relaxing that I fell asleep for an hour and a half. I walked out feeling amazing. The entire team made my visit a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to this Humble location again.-Tina

My wife & I have been coming here for a bit over a year now, and we've never been disappointed with the service! Receptionists & the Massage Therapists have always been pleasant and professional, and we always leave feeling relaxed. I personally always had a great time with Michelle! I recently had to cancel my membership due to outside circumstances, and I was initially concerned that the process would be an ordeal like other membership-based businesses such as Gyms. Thankfully, after explaining my situation a bit, Kayla was able to help me cancel my membership with no fuss. Greatly appreciated!!

Facial from Hell!! My 1st time here and I was excited. My appt was for 6pm. I was told to come early to complete paperwork and I complied. No one ever came to check on me. About 6:25pm the young lady in the front reception area came to check on me. She returned to tell me the young lady who was supposed to complete my facial was in the restroom and could not provide the service. She advised me she contacted another esthetican who was 10 minutes away.. This is the strangest experience ever but I agreed. Not sure if I will return though. Hope the service is worth the money.

While I have had a good experience with the therapist I do not recommend the membership or this location. They will inform when joining that you are able to pay a small fee and allow your spouse to take the credit. However, they do not mention that you can only do this once every six month. There was zero flexibility in the policy. Also, they lost their best therapist during my membership, and I have to try and find someone who still there. I need a very 'firm' pressure eliminates most of the therapist here at the moment.
