The wellness services available at Modern Cryo in Midlothian are so good for muscle recovery and cellular regeneration. I feel so much better after cryotherapy, infrared sauna and red light sessions. The compression feels like a deep tissue massage when I increase the pressure and I love it. The brain tap is very unique and I can tell a difference in my stress, mood, sleep after. The best part is they are more affordable than anywhere else I’ve been. I bring my son for muscle recovery for football too.

The full body and localized cryotherapy and also red light red have been so beneficial for inflammation. The infrared sauna is very spacious, enough to fit 4-5 people. The lymphatic drainage from the balancer pro has helped drop inches in a short amount of time. The staff is friendly and very helpful in answering questions. The gold membership is the best value.

The owner, Rina, was friendly and helpful with my questions about whole body cryotherapy and red light therapy. I did cryo for 2 minutes and felt immediate relief for my shoulder and neck area.
