My Choice Spa & Wellness Lounge

I use to really support this spa however they have had really poor communication since the pandemic. I have purchased a gift certificate before they announced they were closing. I called, emailed, and communicated on Social Media asking will there be a policy to to refund customers. No response at all. I really tried to hold out on making this review because I do understand that businesses had difficulty maintaining during Covid. However not responding at all is unprofessional and in poor taste. I would like the business to respond. A simple apology and they are working on a resolution or unfortunately at this time we have closed our business and unable to provide refunds would suffice.

My daughters sent me here as my Christmas gift. Didn't know they were nestled in a shopping strip 5 minutes from my home. When I arrived I was treated as if I was the only client. The ombiance was outstanding and the services were impeccable. Nicole have revived my skin and has brought out a new feel in my face that I didn't think I would ever see. I am a forever customer and I appreciate what you all have done for me. Being a soldier is a tough job and I appreciate them taking all the stress and tension away. Thank you all, and I just loved those brownies !😉

I enjoyed this spa immensely before the pandemic since then it has been very disappointing. My birthday is in February. I have asked my children to get me gift cardsfrim My Choice After receiving my Gift Card from My Choice in February, the entire country shut down in March. All other entities have reopened. Not My Choice. I have gone to the establishment, left messages, went next door to owner's husband's business and left messages. No response. I guess I have to obtain a lawyer to get the value of my Gift Card because the owner refuses to communicate.?

The ambience My Choice Spa & Wellness greets you at the door with its friendly staff and serene decor. After completing my services, I didn't want to leave. The massage and facial were exhilarating. I look forward to my next visit, as I purchased a package that includes several visits. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion; such as a Reunion, Birthday Party, Graduation, Wedding Party, consider renting the entire to celebrate and get pampered at the same time. You won't regret it; nor, your guests!

Not sure if this place is still open or not. Can't get anyone on the phone and sent an online inquiry almost two weeks ago with no response. This was after visiting the place on several occasions during the hours of operation listed on Google as well as the hours listed on the front door since there was a slight variation between the two. Each time I visited, it was closed. Really wanted to support this business as it seemed like a great place right in my community.
