Perspire Sauna Studio

I’ve been following Perspire Sauna Studio since before they opened, ever since I met Mike (one of the owners) at a local event. After my first session on opening day, I can confidently say this place exceeded expectations. The facility is immaculate and feels far more upscale than you’d expect from the footprint. It's super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The infrared saunas themselves are substantially larger than any I’ve used before, the equipment is brand new, and the in-room setup (TV + Bluetooth audio) makes for a genuinely relaxing experience. Huge shout-out to the front desk team. Mallory was knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Everything from towel setup to studio flow is dialed. And the SNO showers are a standout. As someone who moved here from the Pacific Northwest and has struggled to find truly cold exposure in Texas, these are no joke—and extremely well integrated into the studios. Add in easy booking via the app, thoughtful extras like LMNT salts available up front, and consistently great service, and this place is a clear win. As a founding member, I’m excited to make Perspire a core part of my health and wellness routine. Five stars, without hesitation.

I love sauna but places like Crunch are always busy and people coming in and out. It isn't private. I was so excited when I learned this location was coming I purchased the founders membership and I'm glad I did because I LOVE this location. I love the privacy and quiet, they have presets for my temperature and preferred color. Ann has been there everytime I've come and she is just lively and great me by name. The location let me try their cold shower and that is definitely not for me but I was glad to test it out. There is cute merch, drink selection, a water bottle station. I was totally new to this type of luxury private experience and they walked me through everything on my appointment on opening day. I'm excited to try the halo therapy, hopefully soon. Ann wasn't trained on it yet but the location is barely a week old. I get 8 sessions a month that I didn't think I would be able to use but I am. It's also right near Sprouts and Playa bowl so I treat myself. Highly recommend and for me it is worth the cost.

Joined for the health benefits… stayed for the ultimate motherhood hack. As a mom of super cute, but feral toddlers these 40 minutes in the sauna are not a luxury—they are a NECESSITY. From the moment you walk in, everything is spotless, calm, and somehow already set up exactly how you like it (yes, even the TV). And speaking of the TV… being able to choose what’s on without negotiating with tiny humans? Life-changing. 10/10. I’ve been five times since they opened and every single visit has been perfect. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the whole studio feels thoughtfully run and genuinely cared for. Huge bonus points for being open later—meaning I can knock out dinner, bath, and bedtime, then go melt in peace afterward. A dream! Could not live without this membership. 🔥💛

I had such a great experience at Perspire in Kyle. From the moment I walked in I felt calm and welcome. The space feels clean, modern, and peaceful, which made it easy to switch off and relax. The session itself felt incredible. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely reset. My skin looked brighter right after and still feels smooth and healthy. You walk out with that deep relaxed feeling that stays with you long after the session ends. If you need time for yourself, stress relief, or a full body reset, this place delivers.
