The private suites are spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything you need, including a cold eucalyptus towel, water, and entertainment options like Netflix and Spotify. Absolutely love this new spot in Southlake! We’ve been in need of a top-notch sauna in North Texas, as the smelly gym saunas just don’t cut it. Perspire Sauna is clean, has an incredible staff, uses the best technology, and with the combination of red light therapy in their saunas- this is my new GO TO spot. 🤩Highly recommend!! The benefits of infrared saunas and red light therapy are incredible and I’m so pleased to have a great space to reap the benefits of both.

The staff was welcoming and guided me through the setup, making it easy to personalize my session with chromotherapy lighting and temperature controls. I felt relaxed like a bird flying with the wind against its back, rejuvenated like a manatee fresh off a 3 month sabbatical and noticeably less tense. The cold eucalyptus towel was a nice touch and felt like a brisk Alaskan summer breeze. I highly recommend Perspire Southlake for a top-notch sauna experience.

Perspire is awesome! It was my first time trying out an infrared sauna and I needed to be educated about it. Alex and Yvonne did an amazing job of explaining things to me. They were both knowledgeable, kind and patient and really made me feel at home. Perspire is really clean and it's a first class establishment all around. The infrared sauna and cold shower were amazing and made me feel relaxed. I highly recommend checking Perspire out, it's well worth it!
