I attended their promotion day where you can try three items decide if you want to sign up. My daughter and I signed up for 3 months. I ran into a hardship on the second month my daughter was in the car wreck. I had a family emergency so November payment did not go through because my card was locked they kept forcing payments until it went through took my $69 and refused to give it back and told me that I need to contact my bank because I signed a 3-month contract they nasty, grimy and slimy. They really deserve a zero.

This is definitely my place! My happy place. Gage welcomed me on my first day and explained all services like a pro. He totally sold me on everything. Not to mention that Julie is just amazing and so sweet. Customer service here has been hands down five stars and then some. I could not ask for a better spa. If you're looking for your spa/tanning home, this is the place. Great services, great beds and so much more! Love this place!

WARNING. Do Not give them credit or debit card. I was told I needed to sign a contract for 3 months . Now they won’t honor the 3 months and cancel and are continuing to bill my credit card for 4 mo and will not refund 280.00 overcharged. I gave them a courtesy call and was told to come in to talk to the manager. Manager went in the back when I got there and refused to come out. Do not join.

I just started going to Planet Beach and everyone has been so helpful, especially Gage! They know the products, they use the products, and they know the equipment and the benefits of each machine. I’m trying out each one to see which ones I like the best but so far I like them all!
