I had such a great experience at Restart Longevity Spa! I did a 30-minute session in the Contour Pod, which combines red light therapy, chair vibration, and sauna heat. It felt amazing and left my skin glowing and refreshed. I also tried the X-Cryo cold plate facial, a targeted cryo treatment that instantly rejuvenated my face and made me feel incredible. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They walked me through each step so I understood all the benefits. The prices are very fair for the quality and variety of services they offer. I can’t wait to go back and try more treatments! Thank you Wes and Chad for a great experience

First timer here I had an amazing experience at Restart Longevity Little Elm! Hannah and Ethan are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The services are excellent, I felt immediate relief from my muscles after just one session. The entire process is quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Great place & owners. They seem to have high quality equipment & very knowledgeable about everything. Went in for a cryotherapy after hurting my back and I did notice it helped some, so going to go back. If you’re lucky, their super cute/sweet dog will be there to greet you- def the highlight of the visit.
