I've had lots of massages and I am sad to say this was my least favorite. I was a walk in so, I'm grateful they got me in. They made me pay before my service. I asked for a Full body (60 minutes) with hot stones. I wasnt offered an essential oil like every other massages ive had. She massaged me for 10 minutes with the blanket on me, then only massaged my back side. Didn't massage my hands, feet or shoulders or turn me over to do the top of my body ( legs arms shoulders) she had her phone laying on the massage table at my feet the entire time with it buzzing every 5 minutes. It also rang and she took the phone call and stopped the service for that moment. Then someone walked in the front door and she left my service to go greet the person in the front. She only used the hot stones on my back and placed them on my hands. Didn't use them on my arms, legs or feet. And with everything still going on she still finished a few minutes before the full hour was up. Was not worth the $88 I spent. Unfortunately I won't be back. Also thought it was weird they had a sign on the wall saying "no review" policy. And also made me pay and TIP before my service started.

Do not go here. They shorted me 15 minutes on my massage, and when I complained, the masseuse argued with me. I paid at 3:27 p.m. for a one-hour massage, but it didn't start until 3:43 p.m. At 4:27 p.m., she said we were done, and I pointed out that I had been shorted. She argued with me about it, even after I explained it multiple times. As I was walking out the door, she said, "Come back in." What a joke. Stay away from this place. A red flag should have gone up when they made me pay and tip before the service.

I had tons of knots in my upper back, she found them without me having to tell her and got them all out. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and strong my messeuse was. Incredible place and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going here for years, the manager knows me very well. I have always received VIP service even when I was a walk in on my first visit. If you want to receive same level of service be a frequent customer and establish a rapport with the manager.
